Tonight is my favorite sake, Tasake-sama. When the bottle is opened, it has a gorgeous ginjo aroma. It makes me drool. In the mouth, it tastes sweet and sour like fresh fruit. Delicious! ♪ For dinner, we had Tenka Ippin nabe, which I was curious about on TV. The aroma of this hot pot is quite unique. After a dish with a strong character, the refreshing sweetness stands out, and it resets the inside of the mouth, so it goes well with it. I would like to try it with other dishes, but I have almost finished drinking it.

Momoten, a spring drink. It is too cherished and autumn is almost over. When the bottle is opened, the aroma is full and complex. First, a little of the supernatant. When you put it in your mouth, you feel a gaseous sensation that makes the tip of your tongue tingle. Perhaps that is why it feels so spicy. When swallowed, the acidity lingers in the throat. Next, it is lightly shaken and lightly nigori. The sweetness is felt at first, and the sharpness remains the same. I didn't know the taste could be so different! The sweetness is even more pronounced when paired with the mekabu chilled tofu. The octopus/avocado wasabi soy sauce has a weak bitterness that mellows out the aftertaste of the sake, making it a good match! The main dish was grilled yellowtail kama with salt. The chicken marinated in pickle juice and steamed, the sweetness of the pickle further brings out the dry potential of the sake. I usually prefer sweet sake, but this is delicious!

This bottle is my companion for this evening. It's finally cooled down, so it's autumn. When I opened the bottle, there was a faint aroma of pears. When you put it in your mouth, it tastes rich and dry because of its high alcohol content. When paired with vinegared spinach, the sweetness increases and at the same time the moderate bitterness is pleasant. The pork and cabbage stewed in soymilk washed away the oil from the raayu and was a nice touch. Although it could have been an organic type of sake, it was a wonderful sake that was delicious and well balanced.

It's been a very long time since I've had a Nishinomoto. When I opened the bottle, it smelled like grapes? It is hard to put into words. The color is like a golden white wine. In the mouth, it has a strong sweetness and a firm aftertaste. The weak bitterness brings it all together in what might otherwise have been a bland taste. Tonight, we are having charbroiled hamburgers. The strength of the alcohol is as strong as the spicy garlic flavor. The sweetness of the Mexican Chipotle Pineapple Burger enhances the refreshing feeling of the sake and is a nice touch... As I'm more of a french fry than ramen after drinking, I'm happy to let the grease flow through me without losing out to the fries. I don't know if this is the original flavor since I let it sit for 6 months, but I enjoyed it!

Another brand from the brewery that brews my favorite "Yokoyama"? Besides, it is Aizan. The anticipation was overwhelming. I prepared a glass of white wine, just as it says on the label. When I opened the bottle, I was greeted with a sweet aroma of fresh peaches. In the mouth, it was like biting into a whole fruit. It starts with a strong sweetness, and when you swallow it, the aroma of peaches wafts into your nostrils. The sourness and bitterness, on the other hand, quickly bring the aftertaste to a close. It is delicious! A little too sweet. The white wine glass wins. When paired with mozuku vinegar, it becomes light and easy to drink. The main snacks are delicacies from the fishmonger. The squid rice cake is sweetly seasoned, so the sharpness of the sake invites you to take the next bite, creating an endless loop. It is also good with the sweet and sour rape blossoms herring...and with the salted olives, it might be a little too good to be true, as the sweetness remains in the mouth. But when you eat this with blue Brie cheese and drink it afterwards, the atmosphere changes completely and it's delicious. The marriage is fun! The important thing with this sake is not to raise the temperature. Chill it well, pour a little into a white wine glass, and drink it as soon as possible.

When you put it in your mouth, it has a dry taste. After the umami flavor spreads in the mouth, it has a clean finish with a refreshing aftertaste. It is said to be a spring sake, but it is also perfect for hot days. â-ª Pair it with mozuku vinegar for a more refreshing experience. After chicken steak/anchovy olive lemon sauce, the fruity taste increases and the sweetness is pleasant! Sweet potato fries enhance the spiciness, which is also good. It was a wonderful sake that brought out the potential of the accompaniments...

Tonight's accompaniment is a bottle of this one. Denshin's label is beautiful, isn't it? When the bottle is opened, the aroma is fresh and lush. In the mouth, despite the aroma, there is no strong sweetness, and it is crisp, tight, and dry. It is a summer sake. It is perfect for today's hot weather, which does not feel like fall. If you combine it with slightly sweet pickles, it may be a little too spicy. There is no reason why it would not go well with wasabi cheese. It is a great match with salty snacks!

Tonight's accompaniment is this one brewed with Aizan. When I opened the bottle, the aroma was sweet and refreshing. Is it green apple? When you put it in your mouth, the strong sweetness quickly disappears. After it disappears, a lingering fruitiness returns to the center of the tongue. â™" This is delicious. â™" Tonight, too, we start with shredded cabbage with mayo and spicy sauce. I thought the sweetness would be stronger, but the overall balance is more well-rounded and nice. It also does a nice job of enhancing the aroma of the nori in the chicken tsukune isobe yaki. It also takes on the fried chicken and was a wonderful sake. But I couldn't sense the leather or anything like it on the back label, so I still need to work on my expression!

Tonight's bottle was brewed with my favorite Yuki-Onogami. This is the first time for me to drink it in Oyama. When I opened the bottle, the aroma was irresistible. Fresh fruit. Peach? When I put it in my mouth, I wanted to shout, "Oh my God, it's delicious! The moment you put it in your mouth, it is refreshing, but when you swallow it, the sweetness of muscat goes into your nostrils. It is really delicious. I was tired today, so I had a side dish from the supermarket. It was a bit of a waste. The slightly sour taste of the fried ume shiso scallion brings out the sweetness, and it goes well with it. The grainy corn cream croquettes were replaced with a sharp sharp sake, which is also good! After the leftover mapo doufu, the sweetness is followed by the sharpness, which is wonderful... The grilled chicken liver with sauce is also a nice way to reset the feeling of liver. It was a great sake, delicious as it was, and kept its deliciousness while changing with all the accompaniments!

It has been a very long time since I have posted. Tonight's accompaniment is this one I discovered on a business trip to Kanazawa. It was delicious when I drank it at the restaurant! When I opened the bottle, it had a slightly sweet and sour fruit aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the refreshing flavor, followed by a gentle acidity, perfect for a hot day. In Kanazawa, I paired it with local cuisine, but tonight I started with shredded cabbage (lol). After this, I can taste the sweetness, and the sourness and bitterness wash down my mouth, which is great! Today's main dish is Bean-curd soup with hot bean paste. It was hot and I didn't have much of an appetite, so I wanted something spicy. This goes well with it, too. This pairing is delicious, but I also miss Kanazawa's dishes with strong dashi broth.

Since the weather has been hot, this one with a summery name is my companion for this evening. When the bottle is opened, it has an aroma of ripe gourd. A little organic. In the mouth, it is exactly like a melon. The sweetness is felt at first, and as you swallow, the melon aroma passes through your nose, and the firm acidity gives it a nice sharpness. It makes you feel that it is summer. It seems to be brewed more aggressively than the other Kid's I've had so far. I guess. When paired with a salad with balsamic dressing, the sweetness and acidity of the salad mellows out the sake. With grated raw baby sardines, the bitterness of the ingredients brings out the flavor of the sake. The white fish, egg yolk, and shiso leaf mentsuyu is sweetly seasoned, but it also enhances the sweetness of the sake. There is no reason why the richness of the pizza and the refreshing taste of summer sake can't go well together! Delicious, isn't it? The organic aroma made me a little wary, but it was a wonderful encounter.

Tonight, we will be serving a rarely seen W draft sake. I'm looking forward to it! It has a sweet and gorgeous ginjo aroma. In the mouth, the sweetness is firm at first, but it quickly disappears. This sharpness is too good. It is delicious. When paired with my favorite shredded cabbage and mayo basco, it is heaven on earth. The strong taste in your mouth is washed away with a pleasant sweetness. After the Kaga Tai cucumber in dashi broth, the rice becomes more flavorful, which is also good! Tochiaiage is a perfect complement to the oil, soy sauce, and sake. Salt is the best partner for sake. It was a great encounter after a lot of work!

I drank this brand at an izakaya when I was in Kanazawa. It was cheaper than others, but I liked it very much. I found its summer sake version at a supermarket in the station and bought it immediately. How did it taste? When I opened the bottle, the aroma was not gorgeous, but it was calm. In the mouth, it has a refreshing dry taste full of summer sake flavor. Well-balanced and perfect for a hot day. When paired with a vinegared salad of cucumber, wakame seaweed, and fruit tomatoes, the sweet and umami flavors increase, which is a nice touch. After the dried dried sea bream, the sweetness and the fresh aroma are also very good together! The bitter taste of albacore makes the characteristics even clearer, and it really goes well with it. The shuwashu and the sourness of the carbonation make it easy to drink in large gulps. The sizzle and the sourness of the carbonation make it easy to guzzle, but the characteristics of the sake are diluted, which is a bit of a waste. Sake from the Hokuriku region is great because the snacks and the sake complement each other.

I'm on the Shinkansen returning to Tokyo from Kanazawa. I bought this bottle as I boarded the train. Kagatobi is a brand that I have an image of not being good at. But I was attracted by the fact that it was only available in Kanazawa. The side dish was nodoguro kakinoha sushi, which was also purchased at the station building. The Shinkansen izakaya was now open! When we opened the bottle, the aroma was not so much of a gorgeous ginjo aroma, but more of a dry sake aroma typical of this region. It is a paper cup that we received as a free gift, so I guess it is not at its full potential. I wonder if there is also a sense of sweetness reminiscent of fruit. In the mouth, there is a sweetness in the dryness, which is not bad. The acidity, which is typical of Yamahai, is weak. As the description says, it goes well with seafood. I was in a good mood even though I was on the move. I learned something on this trip. I used to think I didn't like Hokuriku sake, but when paired with local cuisine, it can really transform itself. I tried many different kinds of sake, and even though I didn't like it as it was, it turned out to be irresistibly delicious when paired with seafood and soup stock. I can't stop exploring the depths of sake!

When I saw the X from the brewery, I really wanted to drink it, so I went to the store in the hot weather. The label was so cool. I chilled the wine in the wine cooler and prepared a glass of champagne. The bottle was opened. Floral aroma♪ When I poured it into the glass, it was very foamy and bubbly. It soon subsides, though. In the mouth, it has a sweetness like citrus juice and a firm acidity. In addition to that, there is the perfect schwash on a hot day, I can't get enough of it~♪ There is no reason why it wouldn't go well with the salted wasabi from the scallop sashimi! The sweetness of the scallops makes the sweetness of the sake elegant, transforming it into a fine champagne. The sweetness of the sake is enhanced by the shredded cabbage with mayonnaise and lemon, which also goes well with the sake. The yakitori we bought also goes well with it...salt is good, but the tare (sauce) is good too. The atmosphere changes depending on the accompaniment, but all of them are beautiful and good looking.

Report on the second day after opening the bottle. I bought this bottle because I was attracted to Omachi. A wonderful ginjo aroma. A juicy and gorgeous aroma. The firm sweetness is nicely balanced by the acidity. Delicious♪ I love fried pea pods. Salt and pepper accentuate the sweetness, and the sharpness of the oil drains away. The shimeji mushrooms and mozuku-zu vinegar go well together. The pork and vegetables stewed in milk is also peppery and brings out the flavor of the sake. Yesterday, I paired it with a Taiwanese delivery, and it went well with the spicy flavor. It was a delicious sake.

Brewed in Akaban Omachi, this is my companion for tonight. I took too good care of it and let it sit for almost a year and a half. I wonder how it tastes. The label says it is recommended to drink in a wine glass, so I prepared a white wine glass. When I opened the bottle, I was surprised to find a sweet aroma reminiscent of nuts. When I put it in my mouth, the first thing I felt was a tangy sensation on the tip of my tongue. As the name suggests, wild and sexy? It is a complex flavor. It is sweet yet dry, and the acidity after swallowing is pleasant... Using the usual round glass, I can smell vanilla. I wonder if the roughness increases as you drink it. I prefer a wine glass. When paired with bean sprout namul, the sesame oil and salt accentuate the sweetness and sharpness. Taiwan hot tofu with spicy fried tofu? How could it not go well with this? Also great with lamb stir-fried with cumin peppers! The aroma of the lamb flows nicely. Is this a brewery that also owns a winery in France? This liquor, which has a Western feel to it, was delicious!
