I had a rest day due to a stomach bug, but the fridge was also overflowing, so I pulled out the bottle.
A bottle of Yamadanishiki and Yume no Kaori from Tenmei's slightly rich series! (Yumekaori: a cross between Hachitan-nishiki and Dewa-tsan-ai, a rice variety from Fukushima prefecture suitable for sake brewing).
The mouthfeel is soft and easy to drink like water, and the sweet taste is to my liking! It is not as gooey and sweet as the Leap No., but disappears from the mouth at the time of swallowing!
If it tastes good when drunk in bad condition, it should taste even better under normal conditions 🤤.
