I opened a bottle of Orikarami that I had purchased at the beginning of the year just in time for a family gathering!
First of all, I had a hard time getting the crown to open😅I've never had a crown that wouldn't open like this before lol.
When I drank it cold, I could smell a faint aroma of sake. I was able to drink it like water 💦I had the impression that it had a little more aroma than the last Dragon's Bastard which I drank last time!
As the temperature range rises, the carbonation adheres to the glass and the sweetness spreads with slight carbonation! It has a rice sweetness like amazake, but not a bland sweetness!
Next, I tried mixing in some lees, which was only faintly visible or not, and was surprised to find that it had a punch that was completely different from the supernatant only 😳 (punch is defined as bitterness or simple alcohol).
(Punch is not the same as bitterness or a simple increase in alcohol, but a gusto that is hard to describe 😓)
It's a rough runner, but it's not rough like other rough runners, it's really nicely put together from the moment you put it in your mouth to the end of the drink 🤔.
Note: Dragon's Bastard > Orikarami

Satou-san, good evening 😃
The best way to enjoy Jyushidai ‼️ is to drink it with everyone when your family is all together 🤗.
This review shows the transition of flavors well! This one is nicely put together too👍.

Jay & Nobby, good evening 🌇.
Drinking is good for everyone to have a good time together!
Thank you for the poor writing 😭
I'm jealous of Jay & Nobby's review because I wanted to go to the Mashiko pottery fair 😆.
