It has been a long time since I have had a bottle of Morishima!
I bought this bottle because I like Miyamanishiki, but it was sleeping in the fridge.
It has a slight sparkle with bubbles on the glass, and when you drink it, it has a sharpness that goes well with fish dishes.
It was a great match for the oysters and clams we had at the BBQ that day!
I think it is interesting to match sake with the food you eat!
I also opened a bottle of Tobiroki Jun Dai, but didn't post it because I've reviewed it before and it's not my personal favorite 💦.
