A souvenir from Yamaguchi. I was a driver, so I couldn't drink it on the spot, but I got the rest of it. It had been a while since I drank it, but it was still fruity and easy to drink.

Milky Queen produced in Ami Town is brewed by Urasato Sake Brewery using rose yeast [PM1] isolated from a rose [Princess Michiko] by Tokyo University of Agriculture. It has a fruity and crisp taste. I bought it because it was rare to see rose yeast on sale at the Tokyo University of Agriculture's exhibit. The mouthfeel seems harsh, but the fruity aroma spreads later and makes it easy to drink.

Sake from a small sake brewery in Oita Prefecture. I found it during a trip to Oita. It is surprisingly delicious that such a sake can be made with only rice and rice malt. I would like to order some.
