It is hard to believe that it is sake... The label designed by Yuki Tsujimoto first catches the eye.
Contrary to the label, the pleasant sweetness and ultra-slight acidity make it taste like a Japanese sake.
It is a sake that somehow has two sides to it...a sake that fits the word "cool.
Bold umamiand a bit earthy. Balanced taste but earthy. Again I asked for dry sake and I got it. However delicious with a good variation of food. Felt slightly flat at first but then it quickly disappeared so it must have been delicious!

This is an interesting sake with just a hint of green apple feeling cancerous just because it is called "green apple".
It has a sweet taste and is easy to drink.
