At room temperature. The balance of umami, acidity, sweetness and lightness is excellent. The transparent texture and taste spread out at first, and the rich sake flavor comes immediately.
Serve warm. I thought it might be a bit of a waste, but I heated it up. The acidity diminishes and the umami and sweetness become more pronounced, making it too rich.
In terms of keeping you coming back for more, this is probably the best of the three, but you should try it at least once to see how it combines the clarity and deliciousness of sake.
