At room temperature. The balance of umami, acidity, sweetness and lightness is excellent. The transparent texture and taste spread out at first, and the rich sake flavor comes immediately. Serve warm. I thought it might be a bit of a waste, but I heated it up. The acidity diminishes and the umami and sweetness become more pronounced, making it too rich. In terms of keeping you coming back for more, this is probably the best of the three, but you should try it at least once to see how it combines the clarity and deliciousness of sake.

At room temperature. It has a fruity aroma and natural sweetness that you would not expect from a Junmai sake. It has a rich flavor and acidity, and is a very tasty sake that you will never get tired of drinking. Warmed to a very high temperature. The fruity aroma is overshadowed and the rich umami is emphasized. The taste is similar to that of a traditional sake brewery, but the acidity is a little stronger than that of a traditional sake brewery. You may get tired of drinking it sooner than at room temperature.

I drank it on the rocks after cooling it down thoroughly. The carbonation is light and you can really taste the sake. It has a fruity aroma and sweetness that only an otter can provide, and the low carbonation is perfectly balanced, but at 14% alcohol, be careful not to drink too much!

久しぶりに醸造アルコール添加の日本酒を。とびきり燗にて。甘みと旨み、端麗感のバランス自体は良いが、味の深みがないのと甘さについて後付感のある印象。僅かな酸味と苦味がないと、米由来の甘さを感じず、まるで砂糖を入れたかのような不自然さがある。個人的には純米酒には勝てないな、と思う次第です。

まずは常温にて。適度な甘みと強めの酸味を感じる。ちょっと酸味が強すぎるかな?といった印象。 とびきり燗にしてみる。酸味の一部が米の旨味に変化してバランス良し。かと言って酸味も適度に残っており、絶妙なバランスを保っている。端麗感もしっかりあるため、まさに美味い日本酒というイメージ。

スーパー等でよく見かける、お馴染み魚沼の「あと味きりり」の方です。まずはオススメの常温にて。甘さを適度に抑え、旨みと強めの端麗感を感じつつ後味スッキリ。食事に合いそうな雰囲気です。とびきり燗にしてみると、旨みが少し強調されて端麗感とのバランスが良くなり、グイグイ飲んでしまう。コスパも良いですが、The日本酒なのでフルーティーな味わいは期待してはダメですよ。
