Purchased at Takatsu Sake Shop in Kusatsu. This is the second bottle recommended by the manager. The alcohol content is 19%, but the taste is so refreshing that it is hard to believe. It is a beautiful sake that you can drink forever while feeling the richness of the rice, which is typical of junmai sake. The manager's recommendation is always a sure bet.
A birthday present! Sake stored in a snow chamber. It is a very well-balanced sake that combines the snowy tranquility with the strength of Hakkaisan. Delicious!
Also recommended by Takatsu Sake Shop againRoomy and fruity aroma reminiscent of a cool breeze. Very refreshing. It's a delicious summer drink.
I'll be drinking it in a cute flower glass to match the Nanbu Bijin.
This is a limited edition nama-shu from Yamamoto Honke, a historic sake brewery. Although the alcohol content is high at 19 degrees, it is a refreshing and fruity sake perfect for hot summer.
Tastes like a white wine with high acidity. The bottle is also wine-like. The flavor has increased after opening the bottle for a while. There are three kinds of koji parcels: white, black and yellow.
Today's recommended sake from the usual Takatsu Saketen
The sweetness typical of Koko and the lightness of Daiginjo are exquisite!
It is delicious. This year's Koshi is also great (^^)
Today's ministry from the usual Takatsu Sake Shop.
Clear and refreshing drink. The refreshing taste is perfect for hot summer. The owner says that it is a blend of Daiginjo and Junmai Daiginjo blame, so it is delicious.
A recommendation from my favorite Takatsu Brewery!
It's clean and delicious. But there is a slight earthy taste in the back. It has a lot of sweetness.
The memorable 100th check-in sake is ODARI
Amago no tsuki Junmai Ginjo (*^▽^*)
It has a fruity taste reminiscent of bananas and melons! It also has a nice rich aftertaste... an insanely delicious sake!
Ma-tan-san Good evening ^ ^ ^
Congratulations on your 100th check-in🎉.
I've never tried Amago no Tsuki before.
My wife likes fruity drinks too, so I want to try it😊.
Congrats on your 100 check-ins, Martyn 🎉🎉!
I've never had Ryoukaze, but I love Amago no Tsuki ✨.
I think it's a delicious sake that's easy to pair with meals 😆.
Congrats on 100 check-ins, Martyn🎉!
The moon after the rain is delicious 😁.
I like the name too, moon after rain 🌙
I went out on the balcony now to see if I could see anything but the stars after the rain ⭐️🥲.
tkmt. Thank you for your comment. It was really delicious. The name is also wonderful😊Every day it rains a lot ☔️I can't wait for the day when I can see the beautiful moon after the rain(^. ^)
Kamigura from Matsui Shuzo, a sake brewery near the Kamo River in Kyoto!
This is a very tasty sake that we tasted and bought without hesitation. It has a light, watery and delicate taste. It's too beautiful! The bottle is stylish too! I also bought a sake seal book that was on sale at the brewery. I'm looking forward to visiting the brewery more and more.
Hakurei Shuzo's Kada was the most delicious sake we tasted at a sake brewery in Kyoto. This special junmai made from 100% Yamada Nishiki is a fruity and easy to drink sake.
It was recommended by a hairdresser, so I bought it. It tastes like Higashiomi. The sharpness from a little semedyne smell. The same Higashiomi's Omi Ryumon that I drank before was made gentle. Let's expect the change of taste tomorrow.
