And the bitterness is also a bitterness that is typical of Jikin and can be enjoyed without hesitation 🤤It is delicious without question ‼️I hope you can encounter delicious sake this year as well 😌.

I drank a coffee can type of sake before and enjoyed it so I brought this one along 🍶It's my first time to drink a draft sake so I'm excited ☺️ When you open the bottle, you will be surprised by the sweet aroma of green apple 🤤The sweetness of the rice flavor comes through in the mouth 😋It is just as refreshing as the aroma of the fruit. It is sweet, but it lingers well and is refreshing 🥴This makes the cup go further 💕I like the versatility of this sake, which can be served as a mealtime sake or on its own👍

I've been waiting to drink this 🍶Sharaku Oorigarami I😆 one of my top 3 favorite brands since I got back into sake💕I don't know that many brands yet💦. The bottle opens with excitement 🍶It makes a nice sound and smells like a lactic acid drink 🤤It has a fruity sweetness like white peach or pear and a light gassy feeling 😋It is sweet but not sweet with a hint of bitterness and a moderate dryness 🙄 It also has a nice clean finish 🥰 I almost opened the 4 gos bottle because it tastes so good! I almost opened a four-pack 🥴I wish I could bring you the second and third bottles if I could find them 💕.

We were also able to bring along Snowdal from the United Arrows collaboration 🍶Normal was drunk a month ago, so I can't really compare 🤣. The amount of lees is the same, but it's strange🤔The top aroma is the same mild muscat 🤤The sweetness in the mouth is stronger than the normal and the flavor is more complex 😋The milky, sour and bitter taste is combined and it's sharp without being heavy 🍶Personally, I prefer the normal. Personally, I like the normal one better because it's more refreshing, but I hope to have this one next year 💕.

The bottle opens with a gentle, white peach-like head 🍑, and the palate is still fruity and sweet, then round and smooth with no spikes at all 😋, then a bit of sourness and bitterness comes and goes 🥴, and it's all very high 💦, it's got to be good 💕.

I wanted to compare the rebranded Sentori 🍶, but my fridge was flat and I only brought along the Classic 😭. I got it at Yamanaka Sake store after reading ma-ki-'s post 🍶I opened the bottle and it was all pineapple 🍍But it was much less sweet and drier than the one I drank before🤔The sake level was quite different, but it was still delicious 🤤I didn't know any liquor stores sold it so I'm glad I did ☺️

It's been a little while since I brought it to you, but I finally opened the bottle. The bottle opened gently, probably because it had been chilled well. I started with the supernatant. The top aroma is fresh and apple-like 🍶 The bubbles are so bubbly that they stick to the glass. The sweetness is refreshing and makes the wine taste good without any questions. When you mix the lees, the milky and rice flavor increases and the sweetness is followed by a slight bitterness that gives it a kick 😋I was about to finish it in no time, but I stopped myself with the little bit of reason that remained 🤣I want to have this every year. I think I prefer this one to the unleavened one 🥰.

I'm so excited to welcome Snowdal, which I've been wanting to try since I got back into sake 😭I thought it would take a while to open the bottle, but it opened with a gentle swoosh 🍶🤤You can even get the top clear 🤤The top clear has a clean sourness and strong gassy feeling, yum~🥴 lees. When you mix it, it adds a milky feeling and hits you with a great balance of sweet, sour, bitter and gassy 😋I'm glad I got to drink this 😭💕.

After worrying about whether or not to welcome it, we finally opened the bottle 🍶 The initial aroma is a mild impression of citrus fruits. The first aroma is a mild citrusy impression, and the bitter and sour taste in the mouth is immediately followed by a hint of sweetness, which disappears quickly. I remember having enjoyed the Special Junmai before, so I brought it with me and opened the bottle on a weekday when there was nothing going on. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness of rice, but it is not too sweet and soft 🍶It is a mellow sweet type that is nicely integrated with the bitterness that you can feel relatively early 🤔It is also nice that you can drink it casually without being overbearing ☺️

The Halloween label was delicious, so we will have the new sake as well. The initial aroma is citrusy. The palate is clean with a hint of bitterness. When the lees are mixed, a sweetness comes on top of it and there is definitely a grapefruit nuance 🍊After about 4 days, the sweetness has increased and the finish is nice. Thank you for the drink☺.

I wanted to try this one 🍶 Happy to have the red one with us. It would be a waste to compare the two, so I opened the bottle from here. The first aroma is fruity, with a fresh impression of cucumber. When you put it in your mouth, you think it is going to be sweet, but the umami and bitterness stand out 😯 It is not too sweet with a sense of gas, and it goes down smoothly. I think I will repeat this one.
