I picked it up over the weekend and was told to drink it as soon as possible, so I hurriedly opened it on a weekday 🍶I was excited to try my first brewer's kuheiji 🥰.
The bottle was opened with a gentle shudder, even though it was leaking gas. ☺️ The top aroma is mild and hard to distinguish but I think it's close to pear 🤔As the name suggests, the liquid has a slight whiteness, and when you put it in your mouth, the classic impression appears for a moment and the umami rushes in 😳A little delay gives way to a hint of sweetness. The refreshing mouthfeel is balanced with a slight gaseous sensation, and the bitterness and acidity finish off with a nice balance 😋This is a mature nigori that you can enjoy ✨I'm sure you'll enjoy the changes in flavor as well, so try drinking it a little bit at a time 🤤.
