The other day I opened a bottle of Nabe-sama that I brought along on a walking expedition🍶Blossoms Moon was a fresh floral sake, so my expectations were high😆.
The top aroma is mildly fruity 🤔I guess it's the pollen or my nose doesn't work as well as usual 😓The taste is elegant sweetness and a slight gassy feeling with a gentle acidity that cohesively finishes well ✨I was expecting it to be sweeter since it is Aiyama but I was surprised 😳I think it would be good as a food wine 😋Personally, I think it could be a good food wine as well. I think if it has a little more punch at the beginning, the gradation with the tenderness at the end would be more wonderful 🤤 but Nabe-sama is still delicious💕.
