I opened the bottle of Akatombo as if I was in a hurry 🍶It was opened on a forbidden weekday, which has become a regular occurrence, and also on Monday 😆I chose it because I thought it was lighter: ✨️
The bottle was opened with a screw cap for safety 💨 no gassiness 👀 the top aroma is a little bit of muscat 🍇 the aroma of lactic acid drink which is typical of Senkou since it is made from the raw yeast stock 😋 the taste is mildly sweet with a mild acidity 😋 the flavor is also much more intense and delicious ❣️ the bitter taste comes at the end and lingers like a grapefruit 🍋. The taste is light and alcohol free ✨I'd love to try it in its yago state, Tochigi Ai💕!
