There I had a bottle of Kanenaka. It is easy to drink, but you can enjoy the flavor of the rice, and it goes well with food.

This sake is a collaboration between Toyo Bijin's Sumikawa Sake Brewery and regional trading company Yamaguchi. I have been drinking this series since last year and found it refreshing and easy to drink in this season.

For the sake comparison set, we chose the hotel's original Mori-no-kaze, Naruko Onsenkyo, and Ichinokura.
The Mori-no-Kaze was clean and dry, the Naruko Onsenkyo had a delicious rice flavor, and the Ichinokura was fruity but had a clean aftertaste.
Dishes included beef tongue, tomato nabe, and deep-fried swordfish, in addition to an assortment of sashimi.
