Otokoyama Namoto Junmai.
The restaurant we stopped at in Otaru was reasonably priced, and we enjoyed a set of abalone sashimi and grilled abalone, as well as sashimi of shako (giant clam).
Otokoyama has a slightly sweet taste that does not interfere with the food.
