I had a course meal at a Chinese restaurant with my wife, Bibi. Shark fin soup, Peking duck, shrimp chili, mapo tofu, fried rice, etc. were the standard fare, but all were delicious. Harada, a local restaurant, also offered fruity flavors that were as good as Chinese food. Moreover, I was able to enjoy it at a reasonable price with the shareholder's special benefit.

I went to Yadai Sushi with my bibi wife. The food was mainly from the new menu and ended with an assortment of nigirizushi. Koshino-Hachitoyo was sweet but refreshing and easy to drink. It doesn't interfere with the taste of sushi and other dishes. Since we have a shareholder special benefit, the price was quite reasonable.

I am Kanenaka from the local Nakashimaya Sake Brewery. Today, I ran 10 km in the Tsunashima Yuyake Marathon. The result was 56 minutes. My last participation was 53 minutes in 2017, so I guess the result is appropriate for my age. After returning home, I went out for a drink with my wife Bibi. There I had a bottle of Kanenaka. It is easy to drink, but you can enjoy the flavor of the rice, and it goes well with food. I had it with beef tataki, octopus tempura, and assorted oden.

Unfortunately, it was about a half moon this evening, and it was a bit cloudy because there was a passing shower in the evening, so it was not a moonlit hare, but we were able to enjoy a fruity hiyaoroshi. Tonight, we enjoyed hiyaoroshi with assorted tempura.

Goddess of Autumn Poem is a collaboration between Sumikawa Sake Brewery, well known for Toyo Bijin, and regional trading company Yamaguchi, and we enjoyed the mellow flavor that is typical of this season. Tonight, we enjoyed it with assorted sashimi from Yamaguchi Prefecture.

It is Ottersai Junmai Daiginjo 45. I found it on the shelves of a supermarket, so I procured it and drank it at home for the first time in a while. It is still fruity and easy to drink. Tonight, we had it with assorted sashimi.

Hakutsuru Blanc. This sake was created from the yeast of wine and sake, and the sweetness of rice and the acidity of wine can be enjoyed together. However, the alcohol content is 8%, so you may feel it is not enough. Tonight, I served it with edamame (soybeans), tempura of small sardines, and salmon cream cheese.

This sake is a collaboration between Toyo Bijin's Sumikawa Sake Brewery and regional trading company Yamaguchi. I have been drinking this series since last year and found it refreshing and easy to drink in this season. Tonight, I served it with octopus tempura.

Today we are in Naruko Onsen. Dinner was a course meal at the hotel, including a sake drinking set. For the sake comparison set, we chose the hotel's original Mori-no-kaze, Naruko Onsenkyo, and Ichinokura. The Mori-no-Kaze was clean and dry, the Naruko Onsenkyo had a delicious rice flavor, and the Ichinokura was fruity but had a clean aftertaste. Dishes included beef tongue, tomato nabe, and deep-fried swordfish, in addition to an assortment of sashimi.

The second sake was Atago no Matsumatsu Hitotsubatsu no Koi. As it is a summer sake, it was easy to drink and refreshing for the coming season. It was served with Hoya Sashimi (sea squirt), which was fresh and delicious.

I skipped work and came to Sendai with my wife Bibi. Today, we went to a restaurant that a colleague from Tohoku told us about. All of the dishes we ordered were very tasty, and the flavors of the ingredients were used to their fullest. I enjoyed the food to the last. The first glass of sake was Abekan. It was dry and did not interfere with the food, but I could also taste the flavor of the rice. Abe-kan was served with assorted sashimi, fried Mexicali, etc.

I procured it when I was back home in Nagoya. The staff from the brewery was at the Takashimaya store to sell their products. I could have tasted it, but I was a little disappointed because I had a car ride planned for that day. It was fruity, but had a clean aftertaste. Tonight, we enjoyed it with cod roe and its offspring, which we also procured at a restaurant back home.

This is Bozu Nagoya Ekimae Branch. First, Hoshizumi, Junmai Ginjo. I went back to my parents' house in Nagoya for the first time in 4 years. First, I took the Shinkansen to Nagoya Station with my wife Bibi, had a drink at a restaurant near the station, and then moved to each other's parents' house. We enjoyed dote-ni, miso kushikatsu, miso oden, and yakitori (grilled chicken), and had Taiwanese ramen for dinner. Hoshizumi was fruity but had a clean aftertaste. I would have liked to have had some brewer's kuheiji, but unfortunately it was sold out that day. More to come.

This is Abunotsuru Marukyu limited edition sake orikagarami. Marukyu is a local supermarket chain, and this was the first time I knew they collaborated with a local sake. I saw it on a flyer at the supermarket, so I had no hesitation in procuring it. It was a dry sake, but delicious, with a delicious rice flavor. Tonight, I served it with a local sashimi platter.

Although it is called "sweet," it was not so sweet and did not interfere with the food, but was very refreshing. I had a shareholder's special discount for a reasonable price, so I went here with my wife, Bibi, again this evening. Although not shown in the photo, we had firefly squid tempura, salmon halas, etc., and finished with nigirizushi. The 20% off + 3000 yen discount is very effective.
