It is an interesting world of no interesting things by Yaoshin Shuzo, a well-known sake brewer known for its ganki. I always buy this sake because I can find it in the supermarket near my house. It is a refreshingly dry sake, and I like that it does not interfere with food. Tonight, I'm having it with bonito tataki.

Kokugare Hokkai Onikoroshi. We continued to enjoy Hakkaku with grilled and sashimi. Kunimare has a refreshing taste, so we could enjoy the flavor of the fish.

Otokoyama Namoto Junmai. The restaurant we stopped at in Otaru was reasonably priced, and we enjoyed a set of abalone sashimi and grilled abalone, as well as sashimi of shako (giant clam). Otokoyama has a slightly sweet taste that does not interfere with the food.

Akabu Dry Junmai Sake. Next is Akabu from Iwate Prefecture. This one is also refreshing and easy to drink, so you can drink as much as you want. Here, it is served with kombu shime of musuko (muscle roe) and mascarpone with plum crystals.

This is Haginishiki Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu. I got it at a liquor store near my parents' house when I went back to Nagoya. It was a fresh sake with a hint of acidity. It was recommended by the store owner. Tonight, I served it with croquettes.

Hoshiizumi Junmai Ginjo. Today, I traveled with my wife Bibi to Nagoya station to go back home, and after having a drink at a pub near the station, we went to each other's parents' house. We went to a straw barbeque restaurant, and the food was good, but it took a long time to come out ... . Hoshizumi is refreshing and seems to go well with any dish. We started with the straw grill assortment.

Ginrei-Gassan Junmai Daiginjo. Today, Bibi's wife's band is practicing for a GW event, so Bibi's wife, who is not attending the GW event, took the day off. So, it was late, but it was a White Day drinking party. Ginrei-Gassan was a refreshing and tasty sake. Tonight, we enjoyed assorted tempura, grilled swordfish, and beef tendon curry.

I am currently back home in Nagoya. After taking the Shinkansen to Nagoya, I have a year-end party with my wife at a restaurant near Nagoya Station, and then we go back to my parents' house. This year, we had chicken wings at Furaibo. At the end of the meal, we had a bottle of Koshino-Hachitoyo. It has a full-bodied taste with a clean aftertaste and is easy to drink, so it goes well with all kinds of food.

I had a course meal at a Chinese restaurant with my wife, Bibi. Shark fin soup, Peking duck, shrimp chili, mapo tofu, fried rice, etc. were the standard fare, but all were delicious. Harada, a local restaurant, also offered fruity flavors that were as good as Chinese food. Moreover, I was able to enjoy it at a reasonable price with the shareholder's special benefit.

I went to Yadai Sushi with my bibi wife. The food was mainly from the new menu and ended with an assortment of nigirizushi. Koshino-Hachitoyo was sweet but refreshing and easy to drink. It doesn't interfere with the taste of sushi and other dishes. Since we have a shareholder special benefit, the price was quite reasonable.

I am Kanenaka from the local Nakashimaya Sake Brewery. Today, I ran 10 km in the Tsunashima Yuyake Marathon. The result was 56 minutes. My last participation was 53 minutes in 2017, so I guess the result is appropriate for my age. After returning home, I went out for a drink with my wife Bibi. There I had a bottle of Kanenaka. It is easy to drink, but you can enjoy the flavor of the rice, and it goes well with food. I had it with beef tataki, octopus tempura, and assorted oden.

Unfortunately, it was about a half moon this evening, and it was a bit cloudy because there was a passing shower in the evening, so it was not a moonlit hare, but we were able to enjoy a fruity hiyaoroshi. Tonight, we enjoyed hiyaoroshi with assorted tempura.

Goddess of Autumn Poem is a collaboration between Sumikawa Sake Brewery, well known for Toyo Bijin, and regional trading company Yamaguchi, and we enjoyed the mellow flavor that is typical of this season. Tonight, we enjoyed it with assorted sashimi from Yamaguchi Prefecture.
