Toyobijin純米大吟醸 丸久70周年記念限定酒

This is a limited edition sake commemorating the 70th anniversary of Toyo Bijin's Marukyu.
As this sake is a collaboration between Toyo Bijin's Sumikawa Brewery and Marukyu, a neighborhood supermarket, we had no hesitation in procuring it. It is fruity, but it is refreshing and does not interfere with food.
Tonight, I served it with sauteed mushrooms.
