This is Haginishiki Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu.
I got it at a liquor store near my parents' house when I went back to Nagoya. It was a fresh sake with a hint of acidity. It was recommended by the store owner.
Tonight, I served it with croquettes.
