I've been drinking it as a food wine since it was recommended to me as a good food wine. I thought it might be a little too fragrant, but after drinking it, I don't mind! I think it would be great to drink it while frying in the kitchen... for me, it's the best food wine in the world.
Memo Memo I received a blue turtle's age
Very refreshing!
About 15 minutes? I put it in the freezer and let it cool down to a nice (not so nice) temperature, and it became a rice water that would go well with anything, even sashimi...hmmm, I like it after all...happiness!
Memo note after a long time
KUROMATSU SENJO Junmai Ginjo Shinshu Ina Valley Hitogokochi HANAMISAKE Nama
I thought I didn't like this sake very much when I drank it right after opening it, but when I put it in the chilled room with the air out and corked it, I drank it again the next day and I liked it very much! It's a wonder...I'll remember the cute label of Okojo!
I accidentally bought this sake because of its cute label, and I drink it while eating mushrooms.
I'm drinking it with mushrooms.
It's sweeter than I expected, and I'm sure I'll drink it after dinner, too.
Junmai Ginjo, brewing No. 46...
It's Kamikigen, so it must be good, right? So I bought it. Delicious...delicious...delicious...just right for me...to enjoy as a mealtime drink or by itself! Delicious....and happy...
It is a companion for the drama "Sanshutai".
It is supposed to be a food wine, but it is a little sweet for me... It tastes like a dessert by itself. Be careful not to drink too much!
When I say Gekkeikan, I mean the paper packaged sake that you can buy at the supermarket...easy to drink and readily available, like Tsuki.
Gekkeikan is not something I would think of drinking on special occasions, but when I tasted it during a brewery tour in Kyoto, I found it all to be a bit more delicious than I had expected! I was told that it was only available at the Okura Memorial Museum of Art, so I bought a bottle of the Daiginjo, Kasaokiya. It's so easy to drink...it's gone so quickly...
There were some melon-flavored and peach-flavored sakes at the tasting, but I've never seen them in stores here (Kanto)......it was so melon-y that it made me laugh, I wanted to bring it to a drinking party at home. I wonder if they sell it over here somewhere.
I would highly recommend the Gekkeikan tasting tour to anyone visiting Kyoto, as it is 600 yen without a reservation on the day of the tour. There are many places around Fushimi where you can have a drink in the afternoon, which is scary (as well as delightful). I want to go back to Fushimi!
Delicious...or rather sweet...
I ordered a set of 3 different sake tasting before drinking this, and this one was sweeter than the one I thought it would be... I wonder if my tongue can distinguish the different tastes when I compare the other ones in the Jikin series.
I'd love to compare them if I get a chance!
Daishichi is something you often see in supermarkets... then I bought it thinking it wouldn't taste so bad.
Munu⁉︎ is delicious!
I think there's a bit of sourness that I don't like, but it's all in a good way...ehhh, it's delicious...I can eat meat too!
I'm going to taste it even though it's different from the type I've liked so far!
The best sake in Kanazawa: Shishi no sato no mukashi. It is soft and has an aroma. It should not be my favorite type of sake, but it was delicious!
I had it with potato salad without mayo, which I learned at an izakaya (Japanese bar). I feel like I could drink it indefinitely...!
I think it's a little different from fruity, but how can I describe it? I'll buy it again!
The other day I went to a sake bar that I had been curious about for a long time, and was so shocked at how good it tasted that I bought a bottle of bacuban. I thought that if I don't drink it all that day, I should store it properly... I realized that the same brand of sake can become something completely different depending on how it's stored... Gugu, I want to make my home drinking a little tastier too!
Today's Haneya is the second day and I think it tastes almost the same as the first day. Thanks Bacuban. I'm going to start venting now.
Polishing ratio 60%, alcohol content 14%.
I'm going to clear Tokyo with Sawanoi's sake that I got as a gift! (I'm leisurely conquering the 47 prefectures of Japan.)
It is sweet and delicious. I thought I drank a little bit of it for dessert, but it was gone in no time. Thank you very much for the food and drink!
I received this sake at a friend's house...a sake I've been wanting to drink for a long time....
It's been a while since I've had the pleasure of drinking it with others, and it's the number one sake I've been happy to drink this year...it's so good...rice water is so good...I want to drink it again for a special occasion...!
Unlike the watery kind that I like to drink, I could only drink this one in small sips.
I drank only one glass before going to bed................................... Hmmm.
...I was tired and just drank it without any comment, and when I realized it was gone...
It didn't interfere with the meal, and I was drinking it without any accompaniments... I'm sure this was my favorite sake...
It was a springtime sake!
Oh, you must be a ginjo⁉︎" aroma...(It's junmai ginjo nama-genshu!) How can you get such an aroma with only rice and rice malt?
It's good when you want to drink something gorgeous. It didn't go well with wild vegetable tempura....bad choice. I should look for a sake like water after all!
(Postscript: It's good for a good day, a bad day, or for a quiet drink in the middle of the night! No snacks! So happy...)
