Oh, you must be a ginjo⁉︎" aroma...(It's junmai ginjo nama-genshu!) How can you get such an aroma with only rice and rice malt?
It's good when you want to drink something gorgeous. It didn't go well with wild vegetable tempura....bad choice. I should look for a sake like water after all!
(Postscript: It's good for a good day, a bad day, or for a quiet drink in the middle of the night! No snacks! So happy...)
