That's right, it was Dewazuru Sake Brewery... and I thought it was a Hokkaido sake...
Mashiro is made from Hokkaido rice Yukisayaka.
I happened to drink the first year's Mashiro and wow! The second year I drank it again and loved it...the third year...I went to the side I didn't like....this year, the fourth year, I'm back to the side I like! I'm back to liking it!
This sake has taught me that the taste of sake changes every year, which is interesting.
