Honjozo 🍶tsuru Tsuru and Abura-age✨ Here is the 5th cup of Nagaoka Sake no Jin. The claim is that it is the best match for fried bean curd 🎉 Kirei, dry. It also has a slightly sweet aftertaste. Special Junmai🍶Hiyagoroshi The 4th cup of Nagaoka Sake no Jin is here. The feeling of rice. It can be taken as a bit of a tangy or umami taste. The aftertaste is quite dry. The pickled nanban and the spicy miso will advance the sake 😅The regulars make good use of a 100 yen store accessory case to hold the plastic cups. It was helpful ✨. First time participating in the Nagaoka Sake Festival 😆Even in a large venue, you can rest assured that you will have a reserved seat. 😮‍💨 First of all, here's the first one. A little strong, a little tight. My wife says it goes well with miso 🤔Edamame softens it. This edamame "Koshi Issun" is excellent 🎉. Special Junmai 🍶Yamahai Namaeshi Namaishu ✨Handmade Tubeshibori 🎉. The aroma is strong and zingy. But when you drink it, it is not heavy and has a sour taste. A little bit of maturity behind the spiciness. The umami flavor comes through later. Chicken skin with yuzu kosho (citrus pepper) ponzu vinegar for more umami. Junmai Ginjo 🍶 Unfiltered Nama Sake✨ A little stronger aroma. You can feel the acidity. Strong and thick 😆 but not harsh. Sweet and sour. The Sanriku octopus (🐙) softens the strong sweetness. Junmai Ginjo 🍶Unfiltered raw sake ✨Bottle heated once 🔥-Re:make- I came across this at the Saitama Shin-Toshin Keyaki Beer Festival 😆 It's a brand of Kangiku's predecessor 🤔. Yamahai raw 🍶Shu mother 4-step brewing ✨Sake for the summer season☀️6% Yamadanishiki from Shiga Prefecture (mother) 🌾94% Hoshijirushi from Shiga Prefecture (moromi) 🌾. There is no indication on the label, but it's from Furozumi 😅 The acidity is holding back what could have been a guttural grassy taste. The acidity is suppressed to a great extent where it would be grassy and guttural. It has a sourness like plum wine. The dried ayu fish gives a little spiciness, which is a good match 👍 The gizzard skewers soften the bitterness that was felt a little bit. ☺️ The peach paste with white sauce makes the acidity stand out. Junmai Ginjo 🍶 once fired 🔥. I thought it was Hitonatsu no Koi ❤️ but it's a bit different 😅Slight, light ✨Supple. You can also taste the sweetness when you drink it on a flat plate. Special Junmai 🍶Nakadori unfiltered unpasteurized sake ✨Ultra dry, koji rice: 20% Yamadanishiki🌾, kake rice: 80% Omachi🌾. Sweet and refreshing on the palate ✨pleasant lemon and peach 🍋 aftertaste is quite dry. The aftertaste is quite dry and a little creamy with yam and okra dressed with ume plum. Special Junmai🍶Hitogochi🌾. Nagano Ueda Railway Journey🚃Day 3 The fourth and last cup of Kosuke is here. Slightly ginjo aroma. Gorgeous on the palate ✨ but a little subdued. Not sparkling, but sparkling. We also enjoyed the Shinshu specialty, Sanzoku-age (fried bandits) 🐓😋. Ginjo aroma strong and gorgeous ✨ sweet thin melon🍈 Dry sharpness when paired with horse meat. The horse sashimi is the top red meat 🐴The sweet soy sauce is not so good. The red meat itself is good.
