Summer limited edition ginjo-shu 🍶. Meltingly delicious 😆 Clean and gentle. It has a thin impression but it is assertive. It has a gradually sweet umami flavor. When paired with spicy miso horse-meat sashimi, it gives the impression of crispness and awakens the eyes. It has a nice sweetness when combined with bamboo shoots and squid carrots. Junmai Ginjo🍶Natsukasumi Light Nigori✨Ihyakumangoku from Fukushima Prefecture🌾. I thought it would be a refreshingly dry summer sake, but it was a bit dry. Junmai🍶So cool🎐. Third glass at a coworkers' drinking party🍻. Good umami and acidity. ☺️ Pleasant and comforting. It's not so much a refreshing summer sake, but more of a gentle taste. Junmai 🍶 Preparing for a drinking party with some colleagues after a long time, I went to my usual restaurant for the first meeting 😅. Thick, sweet and pleasantly juicy 😆. As I drank it, I got the impression that it was a little too thick. I was a little too thick. But the geso wasabi makes it milder 👍 It also catches the oil from the spring rolls. It is a gift from San San Minamisanriku, a roadside station in Minamisanriku. It is also good with Shizugawa Tako (octopus), which has a strong flavor.
