Additive-free honjozo type 🍶 with a tangy aroma Tangy aroma. A little matured but not harsh. Maybe it's better when heated 🤔How about with Chinese food? It's good with gyoza (dumplings). The chives are strong, but they are easily washed away. Gomoku Umani Soba, although it's called "Gomoku", it's 18 😅 It's easy to eat without tasting bad. I think I feel a little bitterness. One of the set of 30 Niigata sake cups for the 20th anniversary of the Sake Festival. The third in a series of cups of sake, and the most sake-like. Slightly sweet and a little sticky.
