Purchased at Minami-shu Honpo, located on the side of the approach to Ojin Shrine. It is a local sake of Sakurai City, but it is not so well known. It has a spicy, special junmai-like flavor that goes well with sashimi. We enjoyed this precious sake that bears the name "Kaiun.
This is a limited time sake purchased at Imanishi Sake Brewery located near the entrance of Ojin Shrine. This is a very good sake❣️The best sake for drinking at home. Good interaction with the bonito tataki.
We stayed at Taishoro, which is located at the knee of Ogami Shrine. When we asked for local sake, we were naturally served samorosugi (cedar). And it was excellent, just as one would expect from the local flavor. I guess local sake is the best.
I got off at Nishikawara/Shokuji station, one stop next to Okayama station, and went to Dokuhokan, a store directly owned by Miyashita Sake Brewery, to buy some.
I bought it well refrigerated, so it is perfectly preserved. It has a rich Omachi flavor with no unpleasant taste. I enjoyed it leisurely at home with some Hokkaido salmon and tofu.
An unexpectedly famous restaurant in the underground shopping center of Okayama Station. Everything we ordered was delicious. The sake was also good, with a selection of locally brewed sake that is not well known throughout Japan. Fish and sake from the Seto Inland Sea. Luxury.
Sake purchased to enjoy a luxury lunch box from Abashiri bought at a Hokkaido product exhibition. A luxurious lunchtime drink. It has both a sweet, full flavor and a mild taste. The sake alone is enough to enjoy.
