We will be served with the best seafood from Hokkaido City. It is probably one of the top class food sake. It is dry but has a wonderful sweetness and sharpness.
We will be drinking Tokachi Daiginjo from Kamikawa Taisetsu at home with scallops, mussels in wasabi and Hirame Engawa that we bought at Hokkaido Market. Yum!
Kirakucho, a sake exclusively for hot sake. This is a good sake. The temperature was about 45 degrees Celsius, which gave the impression that it was well-balanced. It went very well with the stewed sinew.
