Mild on the palate, the fruit pulls away quickly and the light alcohol softens with time. The finish is medium, from floral to rice flavor. The ground has felt unsettled lately. inside, a quiet glass. The palate is gentle; fruit fades quickly, a light alcoholic warmth softens with air. Medium finish, floral briefly, then rice umami.

This is also a dry sake with a nice sharp taste. In a good sense, it is a sake for everyday drinking without being special.

Comparison ZERO...Rich! Strong umami Mushojohai in summer...Easy to drink with a refreshing taste. Slightly sweet Blue, Summer and Goldfish...Sourness comes first. Dessert. Musho Sake of Summer is easy to drink, Ao, Natsu, and Kingyo are likely to be liked, and ZERO is my favorite.
