It's a medium aged sake, soft and caramelized in a water temperature cellar at the brewery. It had a complex flavor, but I drank it lukewarm and it tasted mild and delicious.

It's a sake that will help you learn about the roots of Omachi.

A matured sake that has been aged for over 10 years.
In a good sense, it is a gentle sake that does not show too much of a "sake yeast" or "matured sake" character.
(Another bottle from 2008 was obtained after this... it seems to be brewed after 2013 now.)

We had a bottle in January and it was good, so we had another one while we could get it.
The aroma of rice spreads quickly.
A light sweet and sour taste falls down the throat in a straight line.
A light saltiness covers the aftertaste, and a slight astringency finishes it.
Unfiltered unpasteurized sake
It has an aroma like rice and flowers, and the mouthfeel is firm.
The sourness and the sweetness with fullness that spreads to the mouth later are the characteristics.
I felt it was typical of Yamahai.
The richness and flavor of the Omachi was to my liking.
