Hanamai Yuu Junmai Ginjo Omachi It's been a long time since we've had Hanamup. On the first day of opening the bottle, I thought it was a little harsh, but when I opened it a few days later, the taste settled down. The flavor of Omachi rice and the elegant, deliciously sweet mouthfeel are just like Jyushidai's. It's delicious!

Miyazumi Junmai Ginjo Comet Nigori Nama Rare BabyBlue label that I bought when I went back to Aizu 🍶. Is it suitable for a particular drinker? It was strong, sweet, and bitter, with enough gas to make the cork fly open if you put the bottle in the fridge after opening. It's also delicious 😫. (I'm still a fan of Aizu lol.)

The "Seikyuu Soma Dori Yume no Kou x Fukunoka" (The scent of Yume no Kou x Fukunoka) I bought a bottle of my favorite Ikki Sama as a souvenir when I went back home to Aizu 🍶. It has a soft sweetness, white peachiness, a hint of gas, and a sharp finish. It was perfect for the spicy hot bean curd. Delicious 😊.

Aizu Shikon Junmai Ginjo White Koji Brewing I bought a bottle of Aizu Shikon as a souvenir from my parents' home in Aizuwakamatsu. It is bitter and sharp, with a hint of gas, sweetness, and apple flavor. I feel the assertion of bitter rather than sweet and sour from white malted rice. For those who don't like sweet sake 👍

Tsukihaku no Tenmei Junmai Ginjo Hon Nama I came back to Aizu Wakamatsu, my hometown, so I had a chance to taste some Aizu sake. The sake has the delicious taste of 100% Yamadanishiki rice produced in Aizu, the freshness of the unpasteurized sake, and the lovely acidity and sweetness of malic acid, which is very popular nowadays. You can fully enjoy the lovely sourness and sweetness of malic acid. I really like the taste 😫👍 I love Aizu 🍶.

Junmai Ginjo Aoi" (Junmai Ginjo Aoi) A summer sake from Higashi Kaizakari, which impressed us when we first saw it at last year's sake meeting. First of all, it has a good summery gasiness. The first thing to notice is the moderate summery gasiness, with a hint of lactic acidity, white grape-like sweetness and Omachi umami. It is a perfect summer sake. Delicious👍.

Special Junmai Nama Shu (pure rice sake)". I bought this "Shouting to the Earth" after reading a POP saying it was "like biting into a white grape" at Lajomon. It was so juicy that I checked the label several times to see if there were really no white grapes in the ingredients. Too good 🍶. So far, 2025 No.1✨.

It has overflowing juiciness, moderate acidity, and refreshing bitterness like citrus peel. It is a sake that can be drunk by itself forever. Shinsei is still delicious 😫😫. Tetorigawa Junmai Daiginjyo Nama-Nagara Sake Hyakumangoku No Shiro Tetorigawa after a long absence. The rice used for this sake is "Hyakumangoku No Shiro", a new sake rice from Ishikawa Prefecture. The quality of the sake is clear with low protein content. It is a bit sweet, but has a good amount of gas and a sharpness at the end. Good for an aperitif.

HIROKI Junmai Ginjo Black Label We had a sushi dinner party at the office, and after much agonizing over which sake would go best with sushi, we settled on Tobiroki's Black Label. Not too sweet, elegant and juicy. It's still delicious! It goes well with sushi! (Sorry, I'm an Aizu fan!)

Takachiyo59 Junmai Ginjo Morinokuma-san Takachiyo59 was given to me by a former boss in Kanazawa. The rice from Kumamoto, Morinokuma-san, has a delicious sweetness, It's juicy like a pineapple and has just the right amount of gas. I know how I like it. It's so good 😆.

Atago no matsu Junmai ginjo Hitonatsu no koi This is actually my first Hitonatsu no Koi. I've seen it every year, but the cute heart on the label put me off, thinking it must be very sweet, but it's delicious! It has the meloniness, freshness, moderate acidity, and sharpness at the end that is typical of Mr. Arisawa. This is truly a summer food sake 🙌!

Eikofuji Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake, Mori no Kumasan Morikuma-san 2025 in support of the reconstruction of Kumamoto Castle. Sweetness, umami, and lactic acidity from 50% polished Kumamoto rice, Morinokuma-san. Not too sweet with a slight effervescence and a final sharpness. Fruity juicy, not like the usual Eiko-Fuji, but delicious👍.

Hamamusume Iwate Limited Edition Junmai Ginjo-shu First time drinking Hamamusume in a while. The last time I drank Junmai sake, I commented that it was "exactly AKABU's Junmai sake", but this one is fresher than AKABU's Junmai Ginjo and has a good balance of sweet and acidic tastes. Oh no, it's delicious. I like it too much 😫👍.

Akagisan Kasumisake Junmai My first Akagisan, which I bought in a packet because it was so cute. I expected a sweet sake with a slight hazy ooze, cherry blossoms and pink bottle, but there was almost no sweetness. I googled it and found out that it is "a brewery that has been consistently producing dry sake since its establishment and has become a man's sake" 👦🏻
