Okuroku Special Junmai Sake Yamahai Turtle A colleague gave me a bottle of Okuroku Turtle as a gift 🍶. It has a peachy sweet aroma, a hint of gas, and the acidity and color typical of Yamahai. I love Okuroku. It's good no matter what you drink. It is a sake that can be enjoyed by people of all ages.

Shinmasa Aki-Sakura (Cosmos) Koroshin-ko, Wooden Oke Junmai" (Japanese sake) I opened a bottle of Cosmos 2024 as a reward for myself after a long day at work 🍶. I love the green floral and lactic acidity derived from the cedar vat 😫. The sweetness is moderate and the balance of bitterness and acidity is good. It's really good 👍!

Miyazumi Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki Nama Sake I bought the red label when I was back home in Aizu. The red label with gold lettering is just like the gorgeous image of the label: apple fruity, peachy sweetness, well balanced with a touch of bitterness, and no unpleasant gassiness. It is also delicious! (I am still an Aizu lover lol).

Junrei Tama Label Shiboritate Nama-nama Sake I bought a bottle of Bikuyo's Shiboritate after drinking it at an izakaya the other day and liking it so much. It has a really nice balance of bitterness to contrast the sweetness. I liked the pineapple flavor of CEL-24, but this one is good too.

Wataya Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki 45 Polish I received this bottle as a year-end gift, but could not open it for a long time, so I opened it with a friend 🍶. The ginjo aroma of a daiginjo is subdued, but the flavor of Yamadanishiki is well balanced with sweetness and acidity. I drank the whole bottle in one go 💦.

Morishima Junmai Daiginjo Comet Unfiltered Nama-shu Purple label recommended by Mr. Kumagai at Lajomon 🍶. Morishima's refreshing gas and the light flavor of Hokkaido rice comet are good. The freshness of the sake and the accentuated acidity made me think I was drinking Lajomon 😊. Delicious.

Yuki no Mayu Junmai Ginjo Last year, they rebranded from "Sake Forest" to "Yukinomayu" (I didn't know that 💦 I liked the label of "Sake Forest"). (I didn't know that 💦 I liked the label on the Josu-Mori label...) The freshness and lychee flavor of the raw sake, the moderate sweetness and acidity from the single-stage brewing, and the good dryness. This would go well with any tsumami 😊. Delicious.

No.6 X-type We had a lot of hardships today, so we opened a bottle of our special X-type with the meaning of exorcising evil spirits. The first impression is that it has a wooden vat and lactic acidity. It's not too sweet, and the balance of acidity makes it incredibly easy to drink. Shinsei is so good that it makes me smile.
