I got this wine as a prize in a rock-paper-scissors-scissors tournament at a get-together held in Akita the other day!
I served it to the people around me at that time and got the rest of the bottle and brought it back home with me.
It has just the right amount of sweetness and acidity, overflowing juiciness, and a citrus peel-like bitterness.
I can drink it forever. It's still delicious.
