こうたろうToyobai Junmai Ginjo
Toyobai" was purchased as a souvenir at Shin-Aomori station.
The first sip has a slight sweetness and bitterness.
Gradually, you can taste the umami of the rice and the moderate acidity.
It does not interfere with the meal.
こうたろうHirotogawa Junmai
First normal Junmai in a long time.
It's a refreshing drink, and there's really nothing to catch your eye.
It's very smooth and perfect for a mid-meal drink!
こうたろうMurasaki-chu Junmai Ginjo Sakura Label
Sakura Label, brewed with Gohyakumangoku, has a rich sweetness and a spring aroma.
In addition, it is fresh and juicy with a good amount of gas.
It's still delicious. I like it.
こうたろうTakachiyo Junmai Ochigarami Ao
Hiragana "Takachiyo" has nothing to offer.
The blue label is grapefruit.
The blue label is like a grapefruit, with restrained sweetness and juiciness.
The moderate acidity, bitterness, and freshness are just like grapefruit.
こうたろうLajomon Kazeyama Tobu Kazeyama Tobu Hi-ire
As with the Nama Sake version, it is easy to drink and has a good acidity that goes well with any meal.
The citrusy freshness is enhanced by the heat-refining process, which is a wonder!
Delicious!
こうたろうKaze no Mori Yamanokami
No matter what you drink, Kaze no Mori tastes great at a high level.
Brewed with Yamanokami yeast extracted from flowers, it has just the right amount of gas and a thick flavor with an aroma that reminds me of the trees in the forest.
It has a different taste than usual, but very tasty!
こうたろうEiko-Fuji, Dawn Wings, Starched Tangle, 2024.
Limited Junmai sake for early spring.
The sweetness of the four-stage brewing process is certainly strong, but it has juicy, fresh fruitiness, a balance of sweet and bitter, and just the right amount of gas.
Huh? I think I like it better than my favorite Hakuyao!
Delicious - and cheap!
こうたろうKariho Spring kawasemi sakura label
I found the kawasemi label I've been wanting to try!
The mild sweetness and umami aftertaste is dry and sharp, just like Kariho!
Perfect for a mealtime drink!
I like it!
こうたろうKudokibe Junmai Daiginjo Jr.'s Juicy Dry Kai
Purchased it immediately after seeing Onita's rave reviews of it on "Tabi Salad" (a Japanese TV show).
I thought it was dry, but it was Jr.
Juicy, fruity, not too sweet, clean and sharp!
Delicious!
こうたろうEikofuji ZEBRA Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu
This sake is made with the hope that people will realize the charm of sake rice called "Gohyakumangoku".
Not too sweet, but a little bit sweet, with the mild umami of Gohyakumangoku and a refreshing sharpness.
Delicious!
こうたろうBrewerin Kuheiji: "Light Nigori Nama Sake".
This is a pre-ordered sake that is sold only once a year.
It is a nice present to receive that I had completely forgotten about!
Gorgeous aroma with a hint of gas. Gentle sweetness and citrus bitterness.
Slightly too young feeling, so looking forward to drinking it in a few days.
こうたろうWatarifune Junmai Ginjo Gojugo
My first sake from Ibaraki.
It has a lactic acid-like sweetness and a good gasiness. The taste is rich but smooth.
It has a modern taste that I could not imagine from the label.
Delicious. I like it.
こうたろうIppouki Junmai Usu Nigori (light nigori)
Not too sweet, good acidity.
It has a slight bitterness, but I like the way it is easy to drink.
It is delicious.
こうたろうHashu Sake Mirai
Fine gas, gentle sweetness, meloniness, the flavor of Sake Mirai, and acidity are well harmonized and refreshing.
At 13 degrees Celsius, it doesn't make you tired of drinking, so you could finish it in one go...
Delicious.
こうたろうEikofuji MAGMA Magma -Haraki-no-taido - Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu
It has an Omachi-like umami, a gentle sweetness, a citrusy freshness, and a crisp acidity that brings it all together.
Mmmm. This is also delicious.
I love Eiko-Fuji after all!
こうたろうEikofuji Junmai-shu Unfiltered Nama-shu Shin -ARATA- Kiiki
Junmai-shu brewed with the popular Yamagata Prefecture brand rice "Tsuyahime".
Although it is a year-round product, it has the sweetness, umami, and moderate gassiness typical of Eiko-Fuji.
It is delicious and has a great cost performance!
こうたろうHirotogawa Junmai Ginjo Nama Shu
Just delicious!
I like it very much!
The balance of sweetness, bitterness, acidity, and flavor, the right amount of gas, and the freshness and fruity taste of the unpasteurized sake!
I know it's only January, but I love it so much that I want to give it the number one ranking for 2024!
こうたろうLajomon Kazezanzou Nama Shuzake
Kazeyama-zumi two days after opening the bottle.
I thought it would be more rounded, but the acidity rose and the taste became different.
I was looking forward to keeping it because it still tasted young, but I drank it all up!
こうたろうEiko-Fuji Origigarami Hakuyoyo
I just barely managed to buy my second bottle of this season's Hakuyoyo.
This is the sake that got me hooked on Eiko-Fuji.
The umami of rice. Fresh fruitiness, balance of sweetness and bitterness, good gasiness.
I still love it.
