Tenbi Tokubetsu Junmai Lite We had a hard time deciding on a bottle of Tenbi's summer sake at the Hasegawa Sake Shop in the basement of Tokyo Station. It has a moderate sweetness, meloniness, light acidity and gasiness, and is very easy to drink at a low 13% alcohol content. It's so smooth on the palate that I could drink it forever 😆.

I served it to the people around me at that time and got the rest of the bottle and brought it back home with me. Ayana Junmai Daiginjo This was the first HARE/SAKE that I received as a gift from a customer. I had never heard of this sake before, but it had just the right amount of sweetness and green apple flavor, and even though it was 35% polished rice, the Yamada-Nishiki flavor was very strong. I rushed to google it and found out it was a very expensive sake 💦. It was delicious! Thanks for the treat 🙏. Thank you 🙇‍♂️
