Tenjo Mugen Tokubetsu Junmai Shu Summer Sake Hajimete Shitamashita A customer gave us this sake as a gift 🍶. It has a moderate sweetness, a moderate spiciness, and a sharp taste. The flavor of Manamusume rice produced in the prefecture can be felt well, and it's delicious. After all, balance is important!

HANEYA SHINE Nama-nazake Sake from my favorite former boss's hometown, Toyama 🍶. He humbly said "there is no good sake in Toyama" but there is 😂. It's so sweet and juicy, with just the right amount of gas, it's hard to believe it's only 13 degrees. I'm going to like more sake 💦.

Kame no Umi Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu This is the first Kame no Kai that was recommended to me by a follower. Fruity with a hint of pineapple and mango, rich in rice flavor, and just the right amount of gas. It's delicious 😫. Nagano has a high level of quality 💦.

Lajomon Malo. Lajomon Malo" is a sake with a well-balanced sweet and sour taste derived from lactobacillus acidophilus through "malolactic fermentation", which is a wine brewing technique incorporated into Japanese sake. The location of Hirakishimizu further doubles the taste. I love it so much!

W Junmai Hidahomare Unfiltered Nama Sake Definitely in my top 5 favorite sake 🍶. Juicy and bananasweet. Sweet, but with just the right amount of acidity, bitterness, and ginjo aroma to make it easy to drink, a bottle was emptied in no time.... I still like it.

Banshu Ichiken Junmai Ginjo Summer Light Nigori It has been a long time since I have had a summer sake from Banshu Issen. It has a fresh gasiness, fruity taste, pear-like sweetness, and bitterness at the end. It has a very deep and three-dimensional taste. It is delicious. I might finish it in one night.

Ona Junmai Ginjo Nasu Gohyakumangoku Ichikanzukuri My first sake from Otawara, Tochigi🍶. The taste of Nasu Gohyakumangoku rice, moderate acidity, and a sharpness at the end. It is delicious. Goes great with soba noodles.
