The first sip has a slight sweetness and bitterness.

No matter what you drink, Kaze no Mori tastes great at a high level.
Brewed with Yamanokami yeast extracted from flowers, it has just the right amount of gas and a thick flavor with an aroma that reminds me of the trees in the forest.
It has a different taste than usual, but very tasty!

Limited Junmai sake for early spring.
The sweetness of the four-stage brewing process is certainly strong, but it has juicy, fresh fruitiness, a balance of sweet and bitter, and just the right amount of gas.
Huh? I think I like it better than my favorite Hakuyao!

Purchased it immediately after seeing Onita's rave reviews of it on "Tabi Salad" (a Japanese TV show).
I thought it was dry, but it was Jr.
Juicy, fruity, not too sweet, clean and sharp!

This sake is made with the hope that people will realize the charm of sake rice called "Gohyakumangoku".
Not too sweet, but a little bit sweet, with the mild umami of Gohyakumangoku and a refreshing sharpness.

It has a lactic acid-like sweetness and a good gasiness. The taste is rich but smooth.
It has a modern taste that I could not imagine from the label.

Junmai-shu brewed with the popular Yamagata Prefecture brand rice "Tsuyahime".
Although it is a year-round product, it has the sweetness, umami, and moderate gassiness typical of Eiko-Fuji.
It is delicious and has a great cost performance!

This is the sake that got me hooked on Eiko-Fuji.
