Toyo Bijin Jundo Ittou Limited Junmai Ginjo Saito no Shizuku It's been a while since I've had a Toyo Bijin. It is full of juiciness reminiscent of apples and pineapples, a bit sweet, but the bitterness at the end gives it a good overall balance. I heard that the fourth generation Sumikawa brewer trained at Takagi Sake Brewery when he was a student! It is strange that it feels like Jyushiyo when I hear that 🍶.

Sawa Masamune Namaeshu (Sake before the tank) New sake purchased during a brewery tour at the Furusawa Sake Brewery in Sagae City. It has a freshness of new sake, a drinkability of 19 degrees Celsius, and a rich and thick taste, with a modest slightly cloudy gaseous taste. It was also priced at a high CP of 1,300 yen 🙌.

Kakuemon Tokubetsu Junmai Sokkaku Sokkaku Sokkaku Zume" (Kakuemon special junmai) Kakuemon with a spring-like pink label 🍶. It is a fresh, capsule type sake. The label and the color of the sake made me think of sweet and tasty schwarz, but the pineapple-lingo after bitterness is impressive. It tastes good and you won't get tired of drinking it.

Naraman Junmai Namaisake Orikagarami It's spring, so let's try a new sake from Naraman 🌸. Very gentle melon-like sweetness, easy to drink with no peculiarities at all, moderate gas, and a slight bitterness and dryness at the end. I drank it all at once. A stable, quintessential wine 👏.

AKABU Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki NEWBORN Opened a bottle of a Morioka souvenir from a colleague. The other day, I bought a bottle of Omachi myself, and was blown away by the taste of this series. The Yamada-Nishiki is also shockingly delicious. The rest is really a matter of taste. I'm really happy to be able to drink different types of rice 🙌🙌

Sei Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki Nama Shu The other day, I bought a bottle of Sei with an austere label from Lajomon. This is the right capsule type sake. It has a gorgeousness that makes you think this is the right capsule type, mango-pineapple fruitiness, a nice gassy feeling, good acidity, and a good dryness. It's good to have something like this once in a while👍.

Okuroku Special Junmai Sake Yamahai Turtle A colleague gave me a bottle of Okuroku Turtle as a gift 🍶. It has a peachy sweet aroma, a hint of gas, and the acidity and color typical of Yamahai. I love Okuroku. It's good no matter what you drink. It is a sake that can be enjoyed by people of all ages.

Bekkaeshin Kuheiji Bekkaeshin 2023 Act 1: The Blessings of the Earth The first Kuheiji vintage was opened 🍶. It has the same gaseous sensation that is typical of Kuheiji, but with the umami sweetness of the vintage Yamadanishiki rice. It's so good! I'm going to like it again.

Shinmasa Aki-Sakura (Cosmos) Koroshin-ko, Wooden Oke Junmai" (Japanese sake) I opened a bottle of Cosmos 2024 as a reward for myself after a long day at work 🍶. I love the green floral and lactic acidity derived from the cedar vat 😫. The sweetness is moderate and the balance of bitterness and acidity is good. It's really good 👍!

Miyazumi Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki Nama Sake I bought the red label when I was back home in Aizu. The red label with gold lettering is just like the gorgeous image of the label: apple fruity, peachy sweetness, well balanced with a touch of bitterness, and no unpleasant gassiness. It is also delicious! (I am still an Aizu lover lol).

Miyazumi Junmai Ginjyo Yamashu No. 4, light nigori, nama-shu I went back to my parents' home in Aizuwakamatsu, so I tried a sake from Aizu 🍶. Fresh fruitiness, balance of sweetness and bitterness, good gasiness. It's really good! (Super Aizu lover lol)

Junrei Tama Label Shiboritate Nama-nama Sake I bought a bottle of Bikuyo's Shiboritate after drinking it at an izakaya the other day and liking it so much. It has a really nice balance of bitterness to contrast the sweetness. I liked the pineapple flavor of CEL-24, but this one is good too.

Miyakanbai Junmai Ginjo SPRING TIME My favorite Shiki TIME series🍶. It has a soft mouthfeel, gorgeous aroma, and a pleasant gaseous taste, which is typical of Miyakanbai. However, I think it is a little too sweet for me... If you like sweet and easy-drinking sake, this is for you.
