Tenbi Tokubetsu Junmai Lite We had a hard time deciding on a bottle of Tenbi's summer sake at the Hasegawa Sake Shop in the basement of Tokyo Station. It has a moderate sweetness, meloniness, light acidity and gasiness, and is very easy to drink at a low 13% alcohol content. It's so smooth on the palate that I could drink it forever 😆.

Shinmasa Ecru" "Namikyo Kiyoke Junmai I got this wine as a prize in a rock-paper-scissors-scissors tournament at a get-together held in Akita the other day! I served it to the people around me at that time and got the rest of the bottle and brought it back home with me. It has just the right amount of sweetness and acidity, overflowing juiciness, and a citrus peel-like bitterness. I can drink it forever. It's still delicious. Thank you!

Ayana Junmai Daiginjo This was the first HARE/SAKE that I received as a gift from a customer. I had never heard of this sake before, but it had just the right amount of sweetness and green apple flavor, and even though it was 35% polished rice, the Yamada-Nishiki flavor was very strong. I rushed to google it and found out it was a very expensive sake 💦. It was delicious! Thanks for the treat 🙏. Thank you 🙇‍♂️

Jusui Tomizu Premium Ultra Limited Brewing Unfiltered Nama Sake Tomizu Premium found at a liquor store in Tsuruoka 🍶. As the owner said "It's strong and sweet", it has a firm sweetness, a richness of amino acid from 88% polished rice, and a sharpness at the end. It is also delicious👍!

Iwaki Kotobuki Junmai Sake Tairyo Shuku Yamabuki The other day we drank together 🍶 Iwaki-based musician Masaya Yano gave us a bottle of Iwaki Kotobuki as a gift. It is 100% Koshihikari rice produced in Namie, 65% polished rice, with a delicious flavor, a hint of sweetness, a firm bitterness and a sharpness. Well balanced and goes well with any meal.
