Tsugi松
Sake from Gifu Prefecture. It is brewed with Ginpu from Hokkaido.
It is also brewed with German white wine yeast.
I've never had wine yeast before! So I'm looking forward to it.
I opened the package with a nice pop sound.
It's lightly muddled and sizzlingly carbonated.
Well, it's fruity like wine. And the sweetness, sourness, and bitterness come rushing in one after another.
The strength is light, so if you're not careful, you can drink it all at once.
We bought it at a liquor store in a neighboring town.
The difference in strength between this and the sake I drank yesterday was so great that it felt like juice. It's like a juice 🙃Aino Nanchara
