Tsugi松
This sake is from Chiba Prefecture and is brewed with 100% Omachi from Okayama Prefecture.
There is a hint of ori, but I was more concerned about the bubbles that stick to the inside of the glass.
When I drank it, I found it to be unexpectedly light on the palate, with little alcohol weight despite the 17-18 degrees.
The gentle, ultra-light carbonation seems to become a habit.
