Tsugi松
It is a sake of Aichi Prefecture. It is brewed with Yumesansui.
It has tingling stimulus and thick lees.
But it is not sweet, it is refreshing.
It has a strong base impression.
I did my best to open the bottle, but it still blew out a little. Too bad.
I read a comment from someone who used a "saucer" earlier, and promised myself to use it next time.
It was a lot of work, but it was fun to see the changes in the bottle.
