Tsugi松
Sake from Niigata. The sake is brewed with Koshitanrei, Yamadanishiki, Miyamanishiki, Omachi, and Gohyakumangoku, each of which is stored in a snow cellar and then blended together.
It's a great sake that takes more time and effort than normal, but is still reasonably priced.
We dare to classify it as ordinary sake. But each of them is at a level higher than Junmai-shu, and the taste is heavenly! 🙃Arigataya
