Tsugi松
Sake from Niigata Prefecture. It is brewed with Kame-no-o.
You can feel the tangy sourness and the sweetness of the rice, but it is a light sake with good sharpness.
It has a low alcohol content, so you can enjoy it anytime from midday when the sun is still high to Sunday when you have to work tomorrow.
That's why it's called "Sun-Sunday. The label is an image of the waves on the coastline near the brewery.
This is a product that is also particular about its contents.
This time, it was a gift.
I used to think that one-cup bottles smelled like an old man, but now it's a wonderful item that I want to collect.
