Tsugi松
Chiba is a sake from Kururi, a town of spring water. It is brewed with Sounomai from Chiba Prefecture.
It is unfiltered and unpasteurized, and is said to be a freshly brewed Junmai Ginjo.
The aroma at the time of opening the package is modest. The taste is dark, heavy and powerful.
Then, the flavor of rice and sweetness.
At the end, a sour taste remains in the mouth.
It is a sake to be chipped. 🙃Iki no mide kinuzo yo
If you try it with ice, it's pretty easy to drink and tastes great!
On the label, "Yume" is written with a unique brush stroke. The little frog is cute.
I'd like to try some of this brewery's other products.
