Tsugi松
This sake is from Fukushima prefecture. It is brewed with Gohyakumangoku and Himenomochi.
The smell is good. It is fruity and full-bodied, but the throat is refreshing and crisp.
May is Satsuroman season.
I'm glad to drink it again this year.
It is one of the sake that I buy every year.
I've been drinking it since I started to like sake several years ago. I love it.
To be honest, it's not as impressive as it was at first, but it's already a seasonal treat.
I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not. (💧)
