Tsugi松
A sake from Niigata. It is brewed with Miyamanishiki.
This Yukio is no ordinary person.
At first, it smells like a fruit, and then the taste is crisp and dry with a hint of umami.
And yet, the aftertaste is deep.
It's like a combination of the best of both worlds.
I imagined it to be full of wildness. I had imagined him to be full of wildness, but it seems I was mistaken.
People and alcohol are not what they seem. It's not 🙃one of those things.
