I still love Pure Black! I've had it at the store, but this is the first time I've bought a four-pack. First of all, this imposing black color. You always look so cool. It has a slightly sweet and banana-like aroma at first, but there is a sharp acidity in the aftertaste. The "Japanese sword" on the back of the label is aptly named. However, I don't get hangover at all, as if only sake suits my body. However, only good sake will do. Postscript: It tastes good even a few days after opening the bottle! In fact, the sweet and savory taste has increased. I think it was about this level when I drank it at the store.

Fresh flavor and white peach aroma with a sense of carbonation. Almost a jacket purchase. The tag around the neck is cute too! The name comes from the phrase "Winga Gingzuki," which means "to love and enjoy all the seasonal scenery," and "to compose poems by looking at the flowers and to recite poems by looking at the moon. This was my first visit to Tsuneyama Shuzo. I heard that most of their sake is dry. This one is sweet but not too sweet. The aroma is completely peachy! It's not too sweet, so it goes well with food. I think this is the only time I get this feeling when I open the bottle, and I end up drinking too much...that's the fate of a sake drinker. PS: One person opened a four-pack in one night. People are helpless before unfiltered raw sake. ......

The family members drank a bottle of sake together! We couldn't get together at the beginning of the year, so we had a late New Year's party. 9 brands of 1 gou each. I recorded my favorite sake, Ginran by Iraka Sake Brewery, as a representative. It's a new sake from a sake brewery that was established in 2024. I hope to see it in many places from now on.

They put the unrefined sake in a cloth bag called a sakebukuro, lay it in the tank, and squeeze it by applying pressure from above. A perfect dessert🍓 The perfect drink for when you've been drinking sake as usual and want something sweet. But this has alcohol in it...I have to be careful! It tastes like freshly squeezed strawberry juice! The taste is freshly squeezed strawberry juice, but the aroma that comes through the nose is a little like sake. I'm a Hanazumi Shuzo box-supporter! And I'm also a big fan of Nigori! I couldn't help but buy it when I saw it next to the Roman. It has the taste of rice and the taste of Roman. I like nigori because it can be arranged and it goes well with sweets. I'll try a variety of nigori next year! First of all, drink it cold. The oldest sake mother in Japan, "Bodhi yeast mash" is used! A rare sake from Aburanaga Shuzo in Kaze no Mori. A rare sake from Aburanaga Shuzo in Kaze no Mori. It is said to be the prototype of the traditional yeast mash mash and the traditional yeast mash in terms of using lactic acid fermentation. What the heck, it looks so prestigious..." I straightened my back and took a sip, and found that it was much sweeter than I expected! The tingling of raw sake! It's a little sour at the end!
