The oldest sake mother in Japan, "Bodhi yeast mash" is used! A rare sake from Aburanaga Shuzo in Kaze no Mori. A rare sake from Aburanaga Shuzo in Kaze no Mori. It is said to be the prototype of the traditional yeast mash mash and the traditional yeast mash in terms of using lactic acid fermentation. What the heck, it looks so prestigious..." I straightened my back and took a sip, and found that it was much sweeter than I expected! The tingling of raw sake! It's a little sour at the end! It has a Kaze no Mori feel, but it's clearly not Kaze no Mori. Aroma like a traditional sake brewery. Almond-like. The taste will change (in a good way) after the bottle is opened! I'm looking forward to it! Despite the toughness of the label, it seems to go well with desserts.

Yogo bottle, limited to 200 bottles nationwide👑 This is the sake that I met at the liquor store. What is this... delicious... It's easy to drink with the tangy, sweet taste of nama-shu. A little sour at the end? The impression changes! It has a good aroma. I think it's similar to Roman. The font and icon on the label are cute.

Low alcohol, once-boiled for hanami It is easy to drink. In order to improve the quality of the sake, they increased the rice polishing ratio from 60% to 55% and brewed it. (From the liquor store's website) The phrase on the label, "In love with cherry blossoms, in love with sake" is too good... Stable romance. A bit spicy at the end! I couldn't do Hanami, so I went to the cherry blossoms in my neighborhood.

Eikoh fuji in spring🌸 The first one is the usual Eikoh-fuji! Sweet and delicious! The label says so, but it's a little spicy afterwards. It's pretty in pink... I like the slant on the top. I could feel the spring. Sake that can be enjoyed with a sense of the season is awesome!

Muddy! Fragrant! I can smell the fruit. A little bitterness afterwards? A little bitterness or spiciness? The bitterness or spiciness comes afterwards. The label is as cute as ever! Nabeshima debut! Great taste even after opening the bottle! The first impression is of gas, tingling! The character change from there is amazing! I became a different person! A little spicy in the mouth. A little spicy? It's a bit unorthodox, but it's very good with dashi broth. It didn't deteriorate at all on the second day. I think I like it better! This is Nabeshima, isn't it! This is Nabeshima! Thank you for the liquor store in the neighborhood.

They're releasing a 4-pack bottle this year. Thank goodness! It's so gassy and tingly! Great! I like the "This sake is alive" credit. The flavor and aroma are the same as usual. It's just like drinking goggle water in the hot summer Tingling. Good! Is this what you call a "gas" feeling? I like... I like dry food, but this is special! The annual shipment, and you can get intoxicated by the premiere ✨ The label is great. Buying a jacket is a must. It was so good that I gulped it down. I drank only with no snacks towards the end.

Goal: Complete the entire Roman series! I love you too much... there's no reason for me to love you... I drank hiyaoroshi before, so I could compare it to others. Grated chickens bring out the richness and flavor. Hot sake is a great way to enjoy the aroma and expand the depth of flavor. feeling

I like this one. Aroma of banana and melon in a few seconds in the mouth It's beautiful! Wind Forest x YouTube Firework Distribution Workshop Swooshing carbonation! Smells like melon. Elegant lingering in the mouth even after drinking It's sweet but doesn't interfere with the food. I swore I'd complete the entire Wind Forest! And the feed was fun!

Fall! Chill out! It's made with Japan's softest water, "Kokuyozui". The taste is soft on the palate. But it's rich in flavor. Also sweet. -Fruity scent like an apple! Fry sweet potato and pork, which goes well with a sweet potato and pork
