純米の虜This one on the left in the photo is Suganadake, which I purchased at the Niigata Sake-no-jin. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of the bottle.
I think it smelled of brewer's alcohol, but it is a so-called "light and dry" sake with a thick flavor and sharp sharp sharpness. にわさんDry, firm and tasty. I didn't know it was only released twice a year (May and November). Nine. マスオIt is very tasty with a strong rice flavor and a crisp aftertaste. ぐっちー参謀Purchased at Nishikiya Sake Shop (Niigata City) during a trip to Niigata
The first sip after taking it out of the fridge has a sourness that is similar to that of sake, but it flows down the throat smoothly and refreshingly without the tanginess that is characteristic of dry sake.
When the temperature rises a little after being out of the fridge for a while, the acidity rounds out and it becomes more drinkable.
A good sake suitable for everyday drinking. takeさん@しぞーかA gift from my niece who lives in Niigata and is a sake lover. It is distributed only in Niigata prefecture. It is refreshing and delicious.
