Super-cosy sake
Basically light and dry, but you can also taste the umami of the rice.
Hiragana sake is also good, but
but the kanji version is super tasty!
As pictured on the label, it is a perfect seafood 👌.
It is crisp and refreshing, with a slightly thickened mouthfeel and a good bitterness without being sweet.
It was a moderately sweet sake with a pronounced rice flavor.
I could also taste the flavor of wooden vats in the back of the bottle.
I wonder if it is made in a wooden vat?
