I was at my favorite liquor store and saw a bottle of Hayakawa Sake Brewery's Early Spring, which is brewed with Tamitsu, in stock today. Hayakawa Shuzo's Early Spring, which is brewed by Hayakawa Brewery, was available at my favorite liquor store today, so I immediately bought it and opened the bottle. Fruity taste with malic acid! This is delicious!

Looks like it might taste like melon. Not much of a melon flavor. but when you drink it, it tastes like ripe melon. The sweetness is moderate, so it's good even during a meal.

Finally got around to buying and drinking it. It is as good as its reputation! The aroma is like a soda. When you drink it, it's a little bit sweet with a little bit of sizzle. Perfect even during dinner 👌 It wasn't too hard to open the bottle.
