Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
We had it cold.
The new sake aroma was just right, and despite the slightly high alcohol content, it was a very delicious sake with a smooth, refreshing taste and a full, luxurious flavor on the tongue ✨.
It is a great way to relax during the hectic end of the year.
Today, I took a break from the Kangiku drinking comparison to enjoy the brewery's limited draft sake that I bought at Kobe Shu-shin-kan today at home 😀.
This sake is sold in a special cooled pot that you buy at the brewery and take home with you 😀 I had bought a special pot for this sake before.
We had previously purchased the special pot and had it filled to the brim 😀.
The sake to compare is Denshogiku Nigori 😀.
Both are delicious even though they are completely different in taste 😀.
I can't describe it well, but Denshogiku Nigori is sweet and tasty and Fukuju Nigori Nama is sweet and tasty 😀.
Sorry I can't describe it well 😅.
Good morning Yasbay 😃
I bought a Fukuju cold pot but haven't used it at all... 😅I got the nuance well with sweet and tasty sweet 😌 both look delicious... 😋.
Hi Rafa papa 😀
I'm not very good at expressing myself, so even if I know the difference, I can't say it well 😅.
In our house, we use this pot to keep the soda cold when we carry it around when there is no alcohol in it 😀.
Today's final destination, Fukuju's Kobe Shu-shin-kan 😀 .
We spent too much time in Nishinomiya-go (we spent too much time talking with the brewery staff), so we decided to skip the sake brewery in Uozaki-go and went to Sake-shinkan in Mikage-go for the most important thing of the day, soba noodles and sake 😀.
No matter how many times I eat here, the soba is always delicious and goes perfectly with Fukuju sake 😀.
It's a brewery, so maybe it's not a surprise 😅.
We ended today's tour of the brewery by purchasing two bottles of the brewery's limited edition sake to take home at the store inside the brewery 😀.
Today's walking distance was about 18 km... I finished the walk with delicious sake in the fine autumn weather 😀.
Good evening, Yasube!
I had Fukuju on my trip to Chugoku region last month and you recommended the raw sake from the brewery at that time 🤗.
Soba and sake is a great way to finish 👍.
But 18 km is a long walk 💦.
Good evening, Yasbay 😃.
Thanks for the sake brewery tour in Hyogo 😘.
It would be great to go to a soba restaurant and drink sake while picking up tempura, if that was in the light of day ✌️
Good morning, Yasubeyesan ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
You did a lot of walking and drank quite a lot of good sake 😁I also talked to the brewer and had lunch here 👍✨I'm planning to visit Nada next year before it gets too hot, so this was helpful 🙏.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😀
I was very satisfied with today's Nada Gogo walk as my main purpose was to have soba and sake at Fukuju-san and buy some fresh nigori to take home 😀.
I'll make sure to consume the amount of food and drink I had 😅.
Hi 3KAN4ON 😀
Yes... it's a great luxury to be able to enjoy a variety of sakes while the sun is still high in the sky 😀.
And the fact that the sake is only available at the brewery makes it even more special and delicious 😀.
Hi Pon 😀
I thought the best way to visit a brewery is to go to a small brewery rather than a major one 😀.
Bigger breweries have a lot of sake to compare, but smaller breweries are better for talking about various things and sake you don't usually drink!
Fukuju Junmai Nigorizumi, sold in quantity
The first brewery I visited was Nada Gogo Sake Brewery.
Fukuju was very easy to drink.
It is the sake served at official Nobel Prize events.
Purchase by weight ⚖️ with consideration for the global environment
New service from Fukuju 👍
FUKUJU KEG DRAFT
A woman from Italy🇹 was selling at the brewery store "Tomeikura" 😊.
She speaks fluent Japanese and knows a lot about sake 😳️‼️.
Learning about different cultures with traditions in a foreign land 📚.
That's great👍🤣‼️
In an innovative container that prevents oxidation for a long time.
The freshly squeezed raw sake is packed with the lees
Freshly pressed with the lees ✨🤩🤩.
REVOMAX" pressure-resistant, air-insulated bottles
Exclusive bottles allow you to enjoy the gaseous and refreshing taste of our sake anywhere.
Enjoy the gaseous and refreshing taste 😋😋😋.
I bought it on the 19th and drank it on the 21st 😆.
The taste is delicious 🤤.
The taste is still the same after 2 days.
I'm not sure if I'll be able to use it again in the future...
I'm going to use it to store my leftover alcohol ✌️.
I think I'll bring some fresh barley wine to work every day 🍺🙄.
Rafa papa, good morning ☀️
I didn't know these last that long 😳I love that they're being sold by weight more and more these days! I don't even know what's in it 🍺 so you look like a conscious person 🤣🤣🤣
Good morning Rafa papa ☀☀☀☀.
I like the look of the container, it looks like a water bottle 👍I don't think people will notice if you drink it outside 🤣🤣.
Hello bouken 😃
I don't think they would know if you drank it outside 😆 It might be harder to drink than a regular water bottle because it doesn't have a mouthpiece... but pouring it into a bowl is a bit overflowing too 😅.
I bought it at the Fukuju kiosk. Is it only available at the kura or the kura's official website? It doesn't say, but it's raw sake, and it was sold in the fridge. It's quite dry for a nigorizake, but it's refreshing and easy to drink.
