This is the sake we brought back from the recent brewery opening.
It is the opening of the Hanakinisake! I've been looking forward to it since this morning.
It smells great. Oh~~! It's so delicious!
The rice polishing ratio is 90%? It has no off-flavor, no habits, and is just delicious.
It is a waste of my poor expression to describe this sake. It has a moderately sweet but fruity flavor.
As you continue to drink it, it gets a good kick.
I bought a bottle of "Smooth Cheetara" at Lawson. It goes well with it!
In no time at all, I had my second cup! I'm in a good mood.
