I was attracted by the limited edition, lol. It has a fruity aroma. When I put it in my mouth, it was amaaaaaaaazing! I felt it was so sweet that I could line up two lines of long "ー" notes. It is rich but not thick. It is probably a ripe melon. There is a moderate bitterness at the end. The acidity must be moderate. I think this is a bottle for those who have a sweet tooth.

It's the Mid-Autumn Moon. So, this time, I bought a Chokonto Usagi no Sensuke-san. The truth is, it was just by chance. I saw the full moon on the way home and tried to complicate things (laugh). Moreover, this sake here is a spring sake.... There were several kinds of Senzuke on the shelf, including autumn sake. It was hard to decide which one to choose. I would like to say, "Please give me all the Senzuke in the store," but it is difficult with my current allowance system. I chose the last bottle in the refrigerator. This Senzuke is sure to be delicious. I've had it since spring. Umooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! I am chewing the deliciousness. Elegant aroma. You can see the fizz from the glass. However, when it enters the mouth, you don't feel it so much. Still, it is sweet and sour and fruity. It is almost like a pear. I can't stop drinking it! I purchased this sake at a recent Harushika event. This is the first sake that we have tried at Harushika. It is a sake brewed with "Kotobukinmoku" rice. It is a cross between Yamada-Nishiki and Yume-Ichiken rice. This rice is also used for Eiko Fuji and Wakanami. Harushika said it might be limited to this time only, so we took it home. I'm going to eat it now. It has a sweet~~~ aroma. In my opinion, this sake is classified as a rich fruit type sake that tastes good even with ice. It is indeed sweet. However, it also has an excellent balance with the acidity. The alcohol content is 17%, but I don't mind it so much. This is delicious! I put one ice cube in it. I think it is a refreshing summer sake. It is delicious!

The second bottle. Dong! This sake looks great on a chabudai! For the second bottle, I chose "Kurehaaru! The price is much less than 3,000 yen. Quite reasonable. We split it between two and a half four-pack bottles. I think it can be served at room temperature, but I will have it cold. It has a full-bodied feeling. It has a sweetness, but it is refreshing. I will drink it in small doses. Kurehaaru only has one bottle of sake. And they don't have Junmai sake either. It was introduced as Tanizaki Junichiro's favorite sake.

It is a four-stage sake brewing process. The rice is Hinohikari produced in Nara Prefecture. It has a sweet and fruity taste. It was very delicious! Mr. Kusano told us many interesting stories. He told us that nine people make sake at the brewery. Wow! I heard that the brewery that Harushika-san is good friends with is "Saku-san"! Wow! Seibei Imanishi Shoten and Mr. Imanishi of Mimuro Sugi have nothing to do with each other even if you go back in time. Hee! And he gave me his autograph! Yay! I told him about my love for Nara sake. I would like to visit the brewery again. It was the best sake party ever. Thank you to everyone at the restaurant and Mr. Kusano!

The chutori, which is bottled without pressure, is said to be released only once a year. They say there are only a few of them. It is a delightful cup~! I went to the "Harushika Limited Sake Party" hosted by a sake shopーー! My favorite Nara sake. We had 6 kinds of limited edition sake. The commentary was given by Mr. Kusano, who came from the brewery. He seemed to be having a lot of fun! Here is the first glass. It is a sparkling sake. It's so sweet and sour with a sparkling taste. The sake level is said to be around -100! Amazing! The cute label is said to be useful as a toast at weddings! I see.

夏には夏酒！そう思って手にしました。 しかし、夏酒ではなさそうです（笑） 爽快なラベルとスプラッシュの文字で勘違いしてしまいました。 吟醸香がぷんぷんです。含むとりんごですね～～。 2杯目からは甘旨フルーティーですねーー 結構しっかりしているかもしれません。 アルコールが少し残るかもですが、非常に美味しいです！ しかし、みなさんのレビューにもありますが、「スプラッシュ」感はありません。 液体がはねる・飛び散る様子はまったくありませんでした。皆無です。 しかしのしかーーし、大好きなお味です！美味しいです。 直汲み生や、おりがらみも飲んでみたいと思いました！

What is this? It's so good! I am already a little drunk. I heard it is called "Kinshi Seiten". It is a sake from Kakogawa City, Hyogo Prefecture. I learned about it from a review by Sake-no-wa. When I looked at the fridge at the store, I thought, "Hmm...? Difficult kanji! This is a bit of a surprise..." I checked the note on my phone. Bingo! I was surprised to find it suddenly. It was recommended to drink it on the rocks. I bought ice at Lawson. Everything is ready. First, I drank it straight. Oh~~ It's so smooth and thick. It is thick. Sweet. Sweet and sour. It seems to be similar to Tamagawa and Okura. And it rocks. Naruheso! It is outstandingly delicious! This is good~! It has become a summer sake all at once. I drank it in gulps. It is a very satisfying bottle.

The first sip after opening the bottle showed a sour acidity. From the next, it is sweet like apple or melon. I cannot tell the difference, but it is 100% Miyamanishiki. Very tasty! It is said to be 13% low alcohol. I drink it very easily! I'm on my third glass (sweat)!

This is the first time I've seen it in a store. I was super surprised to see this Hirotogawa. I bought a bottle of Junmai sake and was very happy with it. I was very happy to buy a bottle of this junmai sake. This is amazing! The aroma is bonded. The taste is banana. There is no unpleasant taste at all. It is a delicious taste that will impress you. And all this for only 1,413 yen (including plastic bag and tax)! It's wonderful! I would love to try the special junmai and junmai nigori. But it seems to be very difficult...(sweat)

Yum!" It is so good that there is an "N" in between. This is my favorite Senzuke. I have had this junmai ginjo at a restaurant, but I think it is best to drink it at home in a 4-ounce bottle! I think the fizziness is different. It is so good! The aroma is great too! What kind of fruitiness is this? It is like a pear, but it is not a pear. It tastes fruity. But, however, it is not sweet! It is not sweet. No, it looks sweet, but it is not sweet. I mean, it's really delicious, lol. The aftertaste after drinking it is also awful.
