This is a story from a recent Sunday.
We headed from Umenoyado to Gosho City.
Aiming for my favorite Kaze no Mori (Wind Forest).
Ooooooo! There it is, the "Aburacho Sake Brewery.
I've seen the chimney-like tanks and the well that produces super soft water in videos! I was very impressed!
And then we decided to buy sake at the nearest liquor store from Kaze no Mori!
This is Higashikawa Sake Shop.
The sake I chose was Future Sake III!
◯Founder's jar brewing
Aged shochu "Firebird
Fat: 10-year old shochu "Takacho
It is a trifecta of the overlap of time.
The alcohol content is 19%.
It is served with a pinch.
The aroma is a pleasant bonded smell (in a good sense), and it smells like banana.
When you put it in your mouth, you will say, "What the heck is this?
It's so delicious! The texture is thick on the tongue. Very rich. It is quite sweet, but surprisingly refreshing.
This is the type of sake that can be served on the rocks.
This is a type of sake that has never been served in Kaze no Mori before.
The 19% is very strong. However, there is no sense of alcohol at all. There is no sharp taste either. I'm looking forward to drinking it tomorrow and beyond. It's good!

Good evening, Bekkaaru!
There are many stores in Kansai that sell Kaze no Mori, but you can't taste this kind of Kaze no Mori unless you are near the brewery 🤣.
I'd like to walk around the Kaze no Mori pass someday too 😀.
