Takachidai Dry Junmai Miyamanishiki +19 Autumn Agari Nama-zake Autumn limited edition I opened it the day before yesterday. I paired it with roasted wild boar. The wild boar has less smell than most pork. The meat was so refreshing and tasty that I wondered if it would have been better if it had not been a dry sake. But the young owner of the liquor store recommended this sake after much thought, and we enjoyed it very much. Today's sake was slightly mellower than the other day. It goes well with the pickled Chinese cabbage my father-in-law put on the table! It is served cold, but it warms you up and is perfect for this weather that is about to start snowing!
