I just bought it and opened it and drank it first before cooking rice.
The gassy feeling of freshly squeezed new sake.
I didn't want it to be too sweet.
I thought it would be too sweet, but I found it to be more pungent than sweet. I thought it would be too sweet, but I found it to be more spicy than sweet.
It seems to go well with various dishes.
