The first experience of Jikin sparkling. It was a new sensation with the addition of sparkling to the originally delicious Jikin. It was like drinking as if it were not alcohol in a good sense, and it ran out quickly.

I ordered this sake because of the name and the atmosphere of the label. I had never heard of it before, but I hit the jackpot. I really liked the aroma, but not too fruity, and it didn't interfere with the food.

The name is Zuika. It is delicious with a slight carbonation right after opening the bottle. As the microcarbonation fades away, the sweetness increases, and I enjoyed it as time passed.
