I asked for 90 ml, but the waitress put more in as a service.
As expected of a junmai daiginjo, it was delicious with the sweetness and umami of the rice and a sour aftertaste.
I tried it when I realized it was from the same brewery as Collage.
I think everyone knows it.
I only knew Collage. The first time I went to the restaurant, I was surprised to see a lot of people.
The sweetness and aroma is moderate than Collage, but the flavor is strong.
I personally feel that it goes better with food than Collage!
Aizu Miyazumi, I came to like it.
This is the first packaged sake I have had at home.
I bought it because I liked it when I drank it outside.
It is gassy and smells great and even better,
I love it.
I am going to Niigata in August for work, so I want to drink it there too. I will buy it again.
When you ask for it, it has a serial number.
I didn't know such a thing existed!
Lightly cloudy with a gentle sweetness.
I became a Ni-Utsuri lover today.
