The fourth drink at Sakanaka Zarashi Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 16 Rice / Malted Rice used Rice (domestic) / Rice malted rice (domestic) Production Date: 2024.12 Hiroshima: 100% Senbon-Nishiki Roundness comes first. The roundness comes first, but it hangs on until the end. Not really my favorite. It is not so good with strong food.

It does not have a strong unpleasant taste. But the sweetness that is typical of Aruzoe is bothersome. I wonder if it would be easier to drink with a stronger I wonder if it would be easier to drink.

Sourness is strong, sweetness is moderate. More difficult to drink than the first glass of Yamadanishiki

This is the one I had the other day when we went out for a drink 😊. Lavish drinking comparison 🤣. It was gassy, fruity and delicious! ✨ I think the Omachi was more sharp and the sweetness seemed lighter! Both were delicious, but I also felt like I wanted more impact: ☺️
