I've had Shichibondari before, and it tasted really good warmed up, and at the liquor stores I frequent, they tend to keep it on the shelf at room temperature rather than in the fridge, so I thought it must be rice-like. I thought it must be rice-like, and the label must have a classic feel to it...
I'm sorry, I was wrong.
It's so good! It has a sour taste like Calpis.
There is no shortage of flavor with a good sense of maturity.
I drank it cold first, but it became more fragrant at room temperature. I have a feeling this will be good warmed too...!
I want to enjoy it slowly! It's delicious!
